Why I’ve given this review a 5 star rating despite issues.
I’ve given this review a 5 star rating, but I did findMail Order Trees website and customer support quite frustrating. I wanted to order 11 Prunus Amanogawa trees, but the site would only let me order 8. I called 3 times to see what the problem was, left voice messages but no reply. I emailed my enquiry and was told to try again as they had now restocked. I tried again but could only order 8 trees. Messaged again and was told there was a problem and if I contacted them directly they could sort out the quantity issue. I finished up ordering 8 trees and 3 more from another supplier at a higher cost and another delivery charge. So why 5 starts? The trees are good quality, the price was very competitive and the delivery was prompt. Hence 5 stars. If their systems were more user friendly and I could have ordered all 11 trees it might have been 6 stars! Great trees but poor support. Such a shame.
