I sent the sales team an email and a call before I pulled the trigger on purchasing my new PC. They were extremely helpful while helping me navigate what my options were for payment. They were quick to get answers for me whenever I had questions even after the new PC arrived. 10/10 customer service 10/10 build quality on the new preconfigured computer.

I’ve purchased multiple systems from MAINGEAR, and they have consistently provided a great experience. Shipping has always been fast, packaging has been excellent, and their team replies to emails promptly. Their customer service is truly best in class, and as long as they continue to operate this way, they’ll keep my business.

2020, that was the year that I decided that building PC's for myself was no longer something I really wanted to do but did I need a new one, heck yes I did. After several weeks of looking at local and external vendors, I finally picked Maingear. The reasons were many but thats not really what this review is about. It's bout customer service in a world where customer service generally sucks and these fine folks did not suck. In fact, since my first convo with them, they've answered question after question, helped me when RAM died(2 years later) and recently(5 years later) helped me figure out why upgrading wasn't working to Win 11. Literally 5 years after I purchased their product, they're still helping. I definitely didn't buy an extended warranty but they're still answering emails and genuinely helping more than the helpdesk at work does. Yes, do I wish they were Canadian, and that they were local so I could send them timmies as a thank you but they're the nicest folks to work with and I sincerely thank them for continuing to work with me and making my life as a consumer easier. Their products are great, the sales guy was great, the product has been great and thankfully the service has been par none, which in other words, great. Thanks MainGear!

PROS:
Shipping was pretty fast and there were no delays. Packaging was quality and sturdy, everything arrived in tact. The pre-build desktop is great and meets all specs. Good case for future upgrades if I want. The desktop and monitor purchased in the same order work together seamlessly.

CONS:
Would like MSI Center to be already installed. It is needed for easy BIOS updates. I'd like there to to be a clearer and more detailed step by step set-up document provided in the paperwork with a list of all the additional cables and antennas that came with it. The one provided wasn't much help, luckily all steps were easy enough to figure out.

From start to finish, my experience with MAINGEAR has been outstanding. What immediately sets them apart is their customer support. Every interaction felt personal, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I ended up with the right system. Questions were answered clearly, follow-ups were timely, and there was never any pressure or upselling.

The build quality is exactly what you would expect from a premium PC builder. The system arrived immaculately assembled, cleanly wired, and clearly tested with care. Attention to detail shows in every aspect, from airflow and component placement to overall fit and finish. This is not a mass-produced machine, it feels hand-built by people who take pride in their work.

Overall, MAINGEAR delivers an experience that goes beyond just buying a computer. The combination of exceptional support, top-tier build quality, and a smooth, confidence-inspiring process makes them stand out in a crowded market. If you want a high-end PC backed by a team that truly cares about their customers, MAINGEAR is hard to beat.

I was able to drop off my computer the next day, I was able to meet up with Max who was outstanding with customer support and keeping me up to date. I will be honest and say I have had to bring my computer here for another issue but both times they have fixed my computer and have kept me up to date. But Max was able to make this process the 2nd time around way better of an experience. They know what they are doing and are avid computer users haha, so they will be able to fix or help with your MAINGEAR computer issues.

Ran great straight out the box. Shipping wasn’t too long and haven’t had any issue so far running everything on high/ultra. If I had to recommend a pc MAINGEAR is the place to get one. I searched around as well and MAINGEAR had the best prices in my opinion.

I recently ordered an Apex Force on September 30, 2025, and was pleasantly surprised to receive it on October 29th. The delivery time was pretty decent. When I first started using the PC, it performed wonderfully—I was really happy with the speed and graphics. However, I did run into some quality issues that I didn't expect, especially for the price I paid.

Unfortunately, I ended up shipping it back for repairs. Now, I’m stuck waiting again, which is frustrating. I have confidence they'll fix the problems, but still, it’s a hassle to deal with. I was surprised that the PC was sent out with these issues in the first place. Overall, while I love the performance when it works, it's a bit of a letdown to have to send it back. Which is why i had give maingear 4 out of 5 stars.

I’ve bought numerous PCs from PC integrators over the years, and incomplete builds, or builds that show up broken, are very common. Maingear is standing out from the crowd with their internal quality control. At least it seems that way to me. Their stuff arrives in solid condition, and they take extra measures to ensure it does. For example, they have a unique GPU bracket that’s attached to the case, preventing sagging and shipping damage. All their cables were also impeccably well-plugged in. It all just felt solid, if that makes sense. I’ll also mention they did not foist any bloatware or custom software upon me, and the windows install was ready-to-go out of the box. Again, a truly plug-and-play experience, which you would think would be industry standard, but sadly it is not. Cheers.

Truly a great product. I did a build with the Retro95 tower and it came together as a truly fantastic product. It's a top-of-the-line product with a quick turnaround. The biggest thing is their removal of bloatware. I have never seen a cleaner computer since the 90's, it's amazing to not have any garbage on the machine. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered and received a custom PC from MAINGEAR and the experience was overall very positive. The packaging was very well done and secured. Out of the box experience was very straight forward and included a brief custom guide for those who might need guidance. All parts are working as expected and I've not had any issues ~2weeks in.

The only thing I'd suggest would be for the emailed receipt to explicitly include the parts list. With the order managed through Shop it was a bit unintuitive trying to see what the actual spec list was after purchase.

I recently received my MG-1 tailored to my specifications and could not be happier. When I first hooked everything up the system was overwhelmed by fan noise which was certainly irritating, but knowing the system had been through QC and system checks I was certain it had not left the facility this way. After calling the tech support folks the cause was easily diagnosed as a loose power connection which I was able to resolve. Since then all is well and I am very happy with the esthetics and performance of the build.

Pc is a absolute power house and beautiful to look at. Had a shaky start but man their customer service is top tier. They are in constant contact with trouble shooting and trying everything they can think of. They went above and beyond for me and i will definitely be recommending them to friends who need pc’s in the future 10/10 not 5/5 incredible. Thank you for everything. I bought the Rush case and its beautiful.

The Rig is beautiful! Runs everything super smooth. 0 issues. Best decision I have made in a long time. My job is demanding so getting a strong Rig is what you need. Highly recommend Maingear! I have owned a laptop from them as well for the last 5 years and it runs well still. Very strong reliable brand and they are the best in my opinion.

FedEx absolutely dropped the ball on delivering my pc but the guys at maingear made sure I was kept up to speed. Then with all the jostling around my pc didn’t work when I received it. Again, the guys at maingear talked me through reseating my ram and video card. 10/10 would purchase again!!

Laptop bricked and needed a new PC ASAP. Contacted Maingear who sent me a desktop system overnight, got it the next day. System is working great, they were prompt, sent a working system and were extremely responsive when I needed help. The only complaint I can think of is the ability to upgrade the desktop due to the size of the mobo location of the graphics card, doesn't leave enough room to add additional ram as it prevents the case fans from being installed. Easy work around was to buy different memory sticks.

So far so good customer service is amazing!! I just ordered my pc the other day Jake helped me through the order had a little problem paying but he walked me right through it.. will update once I get the pc and update the stars accordingly.
