This place is a joke. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE. Purchased toys for 3 children and weee sent horrible knockoffs. And then keep getting the run around saying they sent quality items and offer me $5 refund on a $100 order. And say that’s all they can offer. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I’ll now have to go for a dispute with my bank to get money back. I even offer to ship back on my own expense for refund.

if I could give minus 10 starts i would - i bought large glass table top globes for Centre piece for Christmas table (or thought i had) took 2 month to arrive and they were plastic tree baubles! after much emailing i am now being ghosted!! Scammers, BEWARE

Scam! I ordered two items September 22, 2025. It’s December 23,2025 and still nothing. Customer service says UPS website has been down and has been notified. Tracking number says it doesn’t exist. Also, was charged over $20 for shipping. Theft is a crime!

DO NOT BUY - I ordered Christmas decorations totaling £100 in September and am still waiting. They just keep saying give it a few more days. Have started requesting a refund now and they are just not listening. Wish I’d checked here before I bought. Lesson learnt. This company needs investigating and stopping.

7 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong item offered £3 refund from a £45 item. Said they take PayPal but they did not. They have been banned by PayPal. They are scammers so buyer beware

I ordered the supposed glass baubles which are plastic, took over 9 weeks to come have been asking for an address to send them back to so far to no avail, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS company

My parcel actually arrived this afternoon.
I ordered the glass tabletop ornaments.
They were not glass, but plastic, and one was damaged. Just tried to send an email, and surprise surprise it didn’t send . They cost me £35

Scam company. My order which took over 8 weeks was a total misrepresentation. I also provided the information they requested for a full refund. They offered me a $3 refund. I have accepted the fact that I got scammed. Please investigate this company. Total Fraud.

The order took around 6 weeks to arrive.
When I eventually received the order they had sent me a total different product.
I contacted customer service and sent all the evidence they requested. They agreed it was wrong. Sent me two ridiculous refund offers of $4 and $8 for a product which was $32 after admitting it was their mistake. I made several more attempts to contact them to receive a full refund. To which they finally agreed and said to keep the wrong product due to the expense of sending it back to China. Then, radio silence and of course no refund.
I went to raise the issue on PayPal. Received nothing but the same original email from the seller. Raised as a claim via PayPal and was then requested by the seller to return the item at my expense for over half the cost of the original payment in order to receive a refund.
Absolute scam site. Do not buy anything from them.

Sell absolute crap. Glass balls which are plastic and dented. Ordered September and only arrived today.... unbelievably awful.

Refund please or a report to trading standards...it's your choice!

Scam they give you a tracking number and order number then they tell you can get update with your package is going. then all of a sudden it just stopped tracking where your package is going to. complete scam be aware.

I ordered a Squishmallow advent calendar. The ad showed picture of small stuffed animals, but when it arrived they turned out to be just small, flat plastic hangers with a picture of a Squishmallow on it. It cost me $32 and it's just absolute garbage! Don't buy anything there

Order a Harry Potter 2026 day planner. Sent me tracking information that stopped working when I asked about it they sent me new tracking information and two days later it said it was delivered however I never got the package reached out again and all they would say is ask family members it says it was delivered. This is a total scam. They take your money and deliver nothing. If I could give it a -5 stars, I would.

Ordered a magic organiser book hp style, never arrived shipping says lost in Manchester. Reached out told immediately shipped new one, shipping stopped in another part of uk. Now opened dispute with PayPal to get funds back.

I ordered two shoe organizers in mid May- almost two month later stopped receiving shipping updates and still no shoe organizers. About to create a dispute on my credit card.

The order was lost. After contacting support, I was asked if I wanted the order resent or my money back. I opted for a reshipment.
I ordered an interactive robot, and all I received was a poor 3D print.
Support responded quickly, but was very stubborn.
I was offered a 5 euro credit.
I would have had to return the item myself (I would have had to cover the shipping costs to China) to receive the "correct" robot.
After 20 emails back and forth, I gave up – never again!

Fits pretty well and looks quite stylish for parties; feels comfortable and was reasonably priced for its quality.
