I had a problem with my old computer I emailed Mark and he offered a solution to try which unfortunately didn't work.
However he had a refurbished lap top for sale at a very reasonable price which he delivered on the day specified, he then spent time showing me all it's functions.

Excellent Service. I contacted Mark on an issue I had with my laptop. He offered to come out the next day and have a look on a 'No fix, No fee' basis. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue as a fault on the board that he would have to diagnose further. I decided given the age of the laptop it would be better to buy new and get something more performant. Mark was able to advise me on laptop specs and was able to get me a great deal on a decent spec laptop which is future proofed and will last me for several years to come. I would recommend Marks Micro, he offers a professional service and is very knowledgeable and reliable.

What a good survive I received today Mark was efficient he turned up bang on time got my sons pc up and running was really polite and easy to talk to the even took the time to explain what was the issue with my sons pc in Laymans terms as I don’t have a clue about these things differently recommend Mark to anyone who is having an issue with a computer he really knows his stuff also was really quick to answer my emails and get back to me and also kept in touch after

Mark was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and diagnosed what he thought was the issue with my iMac- he then came out and carried out the work to improve the performance of my machine. It is now running 10 x faster than before. It feels like I’ve got a new iMac at a fraction of the cost. Thank you Mark!

Brilliant service from Mark; turned up on time, friendly and very knowledgeable about the issues I was having, which he sorted out very quickly. That he was able to come to my home was an added bonus! For someone like me, a Silver Surfer, who, with regard to technical issues, is computer illiterate, Mark went that further mile. He was just great and I have no hesitation in giving him the highest recommendation.

Very trustworthy and honest guy. Had a very old laptop which was not working so old it had vista on it. He said no fix no fee which I expected to be the case but wow it now has windows 10 new hardrive, processor. I cannot recommend Mark enough and felt I was treated extremely well and not overcharged or robbed. A1 guy

I’m a school teacher who is also due to complete a Master’s degree next week with my final assignments due then. My laptop randomly crashed on me and wouldn’t even turn on, risking the loss of all of my work towards my degree and general work documents. I contacted Mark late on Tuesday evening and he was very friendly and came over early Wednesday morning to look at my laptop. Within less than half an hour, my laptop was completely fixed and he also cleaned out the fan too to prevent it from overheating. All of my work has been restored. I honestly could not recommend this man and company more! I am so incredibly grateful to him so thank you!
