Instead of protection and peace of mind, the process becomes stressful, with every word seemingly twisted against you. After paying premiums faithfully, customers expect fairness, transparency, and genuine assistance — not endless legal interpretations designed to deny claims.
I hope the industry moves toward greater transparency and customer care in the future, where insurers focus more on helping clients and building trust rather than looking for reasons not to pay.
