The worst in every aspect, the RDP was not working, if it manage to work it disconnect and i reported from the first day but they did nothing about it, instead the ended the chat without a solution...don't waste your money buying from them..

Don't buy from this company, it's very bad. No support after payment. Service is down for a long time.

stay away please, i purchased their service and then they flagged it as fraud, i spoke with their support they told me that the refund was done, but nothing happened. they keep telling me that the they refunded me but abviously all a lie

I picked windows server 180 day trial and after paying thats not available and i have to pay extra to get it???
No refunds only to credit balance (why would i wanna use the trash service)
Also takes them days to get youre server while others do that in minutes

I've bought an RDP from them, and then they required 3 days to resolve an issue. After all, I installed netframework and i made a ticket so they can restart the rdp so the netframework installation to take effect. They stop responding to the ticket, to the live chat. It's totally unbelieveble how they treat their customers!
This is my last time using maxrdp because they have stupid employeers. Also, i've been working with them for past 8 years, but the last year was so s.h.it! 0 professionalism, 0 communication, 0 skills from their side. They don't deserve to offer services! Before writing this ticket i cancelled all my plans with them. F.uc.k off maxrdp.com

The best RDP hosting service provider for me.
Their prices are low taking into account the amount of resources included in their plans. I have no experienced any downtime. Like how their servers work for me.

first i order a rdp and its have a problem and now they are unable to install a simple software and giving lame excuse that they its working from there end but not mine so whom can solve this issue me or them.
Now after i ask for refund they given that refund in credit balance to the account. Seriously i am going to use your site again by facing this kind of problem.

Just do not buy it, I am sure they are doing the best they can at maxrdp but you will have 0 control over you're own server.

Do NOT pay anything here, they will only take your money and will NOT deliver you anything.

After payment they will stop answering you, for your own sake stay FAR away like the others here also tells you.

Dont throw your money in the pit, buy yourself something nice instead. Or buy from another reliable provider.

Stay away from these scammers. After 5 days they changing you to a new RDP. They don't have 1 minute to install the software. Sagar is very rude. They have a policy for a 24-hour refund and after 24 hours they don't care for you. But Paypal has a stronger policy than their ones. Also, there is one stronger policy also Bank policy. I will easily get my money back, but I wasted my time with these scammers! And my time worth more.

Be aware don't buy anything there!

I bought an RDP last month from these scammers, RDP run normal, but they don't mention on their website that they preapprove their payments, their customer support is very rude, Mr. Sagar don't know how to deal with customers, When ask for refund they decline the request straight away.

Max is a great guy. RDP Slot assigned to me was fantastic. I had one downtime of hardly 20mins but Max was super quick to fix it and he also added some extra days to my subscription to make up for it. Fantastic customer support.

This is the most pathetic and weakest server provider i have ever used. Server is so laggy. Whether you open any app or explore files/folders, you always get "not responding". I am pretty sure seller is using old hardware that's why rdp price is very low. I have to contact support everyday to fix these kind of issues.
