We used MB removals for our recent home move. The communication was perfect.
On the day two teams arrived with two vans, the lads were so friendly and immediately came to introduce themselves. The lads worked none stop, nothing was too much trouble. The furniture was handled with great care and we were really impressed at the new house two stayed inside the house with no shoes on to protect the new flooring and the other two worked the vans to the door. The service was faultless and we will definitely recommend and use again when needed.

Used MB Removals for a move from Sunderland to Yorkshire. The service was excellent. All very friendly and helpful. Care was taken with all the belongings and they were very efficient. It was great value. I’d definitely recommend them!

We contacted Mark from MB removals to request a move across Durham, expected to be a ' man and van ' type of job, as the original job was to include storage boxes and 2 or 3 pieces of furniture.
At short notice, the job became a full house move, with an extra requirement to move half of contents to storage and then the rest to a rental house.
Mark responded with calm and re-organised to send 2 vans and 4 men.
All staff were polite and carried out all tasks with a smile and a laugh and were very empathetic to the customers health issues.
A great job at very good rates.

Extremely prompt service calling before collection. Respectful towards my property causing no damage when removing a sofa from our property. Courteous towards myself. The delivery to another property was exactly the same, the customer couldn’t praise them enough! Have used this company in the past are were really great back then too.

Recently they did two removals jobs for me to my new house, including sofas, beds, 12ft trampoline, garden furniture, drawers and all without a mark during the move.

MB removals were great from start to finish. Very punctual and very friendly. They are very professional, making sure no paintwork/furniture/lights are damaged during the delivery. I was very happy with the price and the work. Will be using these guys again

MB Removals moved us at very short notice, and Mark and his team were excellent throughout. They were professional, organised, and reassuring from start to finish. The team worked efficiently and treated our belongings with care, which made a real difference on the day.

They are known as number one in Sunderland, and I would take that further they could be number one in the UK. A great group of lads who do the job properly and take the stress out of what is one of the most stressful events many people face. I would recommend MB Removals without hesitation. Omg outstanding service and company, I got very badly let down by a removal company.
I rang MB the owner i spoke to came to me rescue and said he would help me out.
I was so grateful .
He came the next day, he got me moved quick and was an excellent worker.
Also very polite and a lovely guy.
Anyone thinking of moving this is the company to go to.
