I ordered a Ferran Torres shirt on the 14th august which is 4 weeks ago and I’ve just supposedly “received” my parcel yet it’s no where to be seen. Also Ups who “delivered” my parcel left a note in one of the emails stating that the package was left at “other”, like am I supposed to know where “other” is???? Now I have to complete and send off a form regarding the list item yet I’m not guaranteed the item or a refund. I am absolutely furious and disappointed about the situation. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Manchester City!!!

Still no shirt 5 weeks later. Yet states stock available.
What a farse all email reply you get is. Could take a further 2 weeks.
And the cheek of a scrouge of 10% off your next order.
Can I point out I haven't got the order placed 5 weeks ago.
This club is not interested in you just your money.
It's done sick of poor communication, so I a have tried contacting the shop yet again pointless. Email usual response.
Instructed my bank to charge this back as I think 5 weeks of excuses is enough.
FCA and Trading standards is the next step if they try charging admin fees.
I mean no updates what so ever apart from could take a further 2 weeks.
Mancity you took my money knowing you had no stock!

My complaints 65410 and 70436 have been ignored. I cannot access my subscription account which I am paying a direct debit for.

I cannot phone to fix the problem as the customer services phone team at MCFC won’t pick up and take my call.

I have left multiple emails but nobody will contact me, this has been going on for 3 weeks.

I have had a dreadful experience because I cannot get the attention of the MCFC customer support team 😢. Will you please get in touch with me and deal with my subscription complaints.

Ordered the home shirt with grealish on it’s now been nearly 6 weeks and I still haven’t had a despatch email or received it!! I emailed the store for them to say it will take another two weeks before despatched absolutely shocking!! Especially from a big club like Man City will not be ordering from here again

Purchased cityzen membership more then 6 weeks ago received no junior kit, cannot get through to any of the numbers waited 30 mins at one point no one answers... get staff to man your phones especially for one's abroad too!! Ps respond to emails aswell sent loads at the beginning of August so much for 5 working day response

Order a grealish shirt on the 7th on august, expected to be shipped within 3-7 days but still no update and still says order processing! Most of my emails were ignored and the ones that were answered were not helpful! Poor customer service!

Grealish kids away kit ordered 5th August. After chasing emails it finally arrived today.... but it’s long sleeve and I ordered short sleeve. Can we be bothered to wait another month for the correct order to be shipped? Certainly won’t be ordering online again. Shocking service.

I ordered the new City Away kit on the 6th August and I still haven't received it. I have not received any update on my order or an apology. I dont blame Manchester City Football club as Fanatics run their online website. Fanatics should be ashamed of their online service as it is a joke. I will never purchase anything from them again and will always go to the store at the stadium to buy in future. I have now asked for a full refund so lets see how long it takes for me to get this back!!

Ordered shorts/socks with £4.50 delivery charge, shorts too small so had to pay £7.40 to return, can't exchange so have to re-order with another £4.50 delivery charge, so a pair of £25 shorts have cost £41.40, total rip off, shame on you robbing people's hard earned cash

Recieved my order after a 3 week delivery wait, Grealish shirt arrived wrong style lettering, badges that weren't ordered.
Contacted via email over a week ago, NO RESPONSE!
Like others have phoned at different times of the day, after a minute told they are either closed or serving other customers.
Appauling service, have ordered for years with no issues, since this new distribution/order company has taken over, DISASTER!!

Absolute joke!!! Placed an order on 5th Aug for my sons 12th birthday on the 20th Aug. Ordered full kids home kit with Grealish on the shirt. Recieved order confirmation and £107 taken from my account. Then..... no more correspondence. I have emailled every possible email and either get no reply or we'll get back to you in 5days! Then they don't. I've rung customers services over a 120 times at different times of the day after 2 mins answer message is...... we are closed or busy!!! I've rang all numbers on contact list left messages where I can but still not one person has been in contact. I have bought 2 kits a year for the last 6 years from City and this is definitely the most appalling service I have ever received. They've taken the money and not provided the goods, my sons birthday was ruined as this was his main present and he was so upset not to get it. I wouldn't of minded it being late but to have absolutely no communication from their customers service is very amateurish for such an affluent club!!!! Still waiting for replies........

Absolutely no Customer Service. they hide behind twitter, never respond to emails and ignore direct questions on twitter. No phone access apart from ticket office who have no control or access to your account details. Shocking service.

Just like all the others. I have been waiting for a personalised shirt for my daughter's birthday. I rang the number from 9.00-5.00 yesterday and nothing. Just one email saying it's late and no date when it will be despatched. Shocking customer service. Someone from the club needs to deal with this.

Absolutely disgusting that we can order the Grealish top on the day of release and not receive it! I’ve emailed I’ve phoned a million times I’ve tried the other numbers to at least try and speak to someone to no avail. I have now done a chargeback with my bank who’s refunded me immediately! Shame on the club!

New season tickets are a joke, I have spent hours on the phone to be told the problem is now solved then phoning the next day to be told the same again. What a way to treat their supporters.

This club shop needs to be exposed. A discusting service. How can they treat young supporters so badley. Birthday presents not delivered. Telephones not answered. Emails not reponded to .

If I could give zero I would! Ordered a sterling top for my little girls birthday 3 weeks ago and it's still not even been dispatched! Phone lines don't get answered and emails are ignored! Will never order through them again!

Ordered a Grealish shirt on the day he was announced £90.00 it’s now been 3-4 weeks and I haven’t heard a dickiebird just like your fans no wonder there’s not many if this is how the club treats its fans. I only purchased to support Jack but I will now seek a refund!! UTV

just adding to the negative comments to protect others from purchasing from such a poor company. what a joke! Man$hity shop. sort it out. 3 weeks, delivery not even sent. no response to mails. phones never answered. Very bad reflection on the club and supporters. Never ordering again. Now to seek refunds as my sons birthday has passed and we will order elsewhere as this lot are completely useless.
