Very good product. I bought the full size table tennis table top. Slightly disappointed it took over a week to deliver even though it was in stock and I paid 80 euros. Okay, it came from Dublin to Cork and is an awkward item, but still in this day and age one expects better.

Bought nordic track treadmill end of january 2025 for €1000. The speed controls started playing up within the years warranty. My error i didnt report it quick enough at first but it progressively got worse to now not working at all. Eventaually got through to speak to someone but fact machine is now several weeks out of warranty they dont want to know about it. Avoid this company

We recently ordered a 7ft multi game table along with a couple of pool cues 🎱 and the service has been excellent from the start. The team were friendly, helpful and took the time to double check availability when I mentioned I would be renting a van just to collect everything. That extra care really stood out.

It’s reassuring to deal with a company that makes sure the information is accurate before confirming anything. Communication has been clear and professional, and the whole process feels well organised.

We have a very excited kid at home already planning where everything is going to go 😄 so we really appreciate the effort and attention to detail.

I purchased a treadmill from McSport in December which was faulty on delivery. The fault was reported immediately and I requested a refund.

What followed were delays in responding, long periods of silence, and several emails that went unanswered. A collection was eventually arranged but failed to take place, and after that failed collection I sent a further email seeking clarification but received no response. The matter remained unresolved for several weeks.

I ultimately escalated the issue through the Small Claims Court. A Notice to Pay was issued as part of that process, and the refund was only processed after formal legal escalation.

While the issue was eventually resolved and the item collected, it should not have required legal proceedings to obtain a refund for a faulty product. The amount of time and effort involved was entirely unnecessary.

We have just received a new gym for our school from McSport. They provided a very professional service from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.

I placed an order with Ana there and it was such a smooth and easy going process. She made things very simple to understand and my order was done perfectly. I couldn’t recommend placing an order with her more and the company. She made me feel so valued as a customer the service was really excellent.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago.. to date still haven't received no delivery. The item was over 1,000 euro and a further 80 euro for delivery! I am based in Ireland so can't understand the delay. I have received a message from JMC Couriers 10 days ago advising they had my parcel and same would be with me within 5 days. Haven't received nothing and the courier won't accept my call and was advised to deal with McSport direct. McSport advised they would refund me the delivery cost and get item to me ASAP - to date no refund, no reply from emails and nobody answering the phone! Highly disappointing Customer Service!

Required a replacement part. Received updates quickly and part delivered within 24 hours.

I am trying to buy a treadmill. The staff in the shop were nice and sent a quote. Since then I am trying to contact them to arrange delivery and purchase via email and phone. No response on their phone number or email. Emailed a week ago and still nothing. Looking for a different supplier now.

I ordered two dumbbells before Christmas as a present for my husband and only one arrived. I followed up and they said the second part of my order would arrive in 48 hours. It never did. I've followed up twice with them since and no response. It has been three weeks.

We went to buy some equipment but there was such a selection of equipment there that we were a bit bamboozled. But thankfully Ed was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. He was incredibly helpful and recommend you to look for him when you go there. Prices were great too.
