The starter kit arrived so I tried the products out and they look great but are rubbish.
Customer services agreed that I could send the parcel back for a refund which I did, it was delivered to them on 5th Jan 2024 but they keep telling me they have to be put back in to stock before they can refund. Please please please avoid.

Hi Catherine, we're sorry to hear our award winning products didn't meet your expectations. We know you emailed on 18th January to tell us to expect your return but as with any company, we have to wait until we receive the products back before we can issue a refund.
Your refund has now been processed and dependent on your bank can take a few days to credit your account. If there's anything we can do to assist you further please do get back in touch.
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money, really disappointed, they fall off so easily, took some extra nails out with me, used them up and by the end of the night I had 2 thumb nails left. My other pack will be going in the bin. Can’t understand why Kat Farmer is advertising these nails, won’t be trusting anything else she promotes in the future.

Really disappointed with these stick on nails Kat farmer on Instagram recommended these after saying she’s had hers on for 10days .. mine have only lasted a hour would not recommend these at all

I received a set of these "press on"…
I received a set of these "press on" nails at start of September, got around to using them last week. First set fell off within 3 hours!!! Tried again today ..30 mins later 2 had disappeared 😒 rest came off within the hour. Definately won't be buying again!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars was quick delivery and they looked pretty.
