Bit rushed for time

I was unable to attend an appointment originally booked for me and the clinic rescheduled without any issues. Although when I was speaking to the health adviser, I explained what my issues were and could they assist. They said they couldn't but didn't give any assistance as to who could as already been turned down from the NHS. I research this my self on the internet.

The team spoke very politely on the telephone. Very professional.

Occupational report was 98% inaccurate. Response to complaint not satisfactory now not acknowledging 2nd complaint, management not returning calls. A cowboy company

Excellent service from medigold Health ,they helped me to return to work after been off 6 months back on pause hours now back doing my job I like doing ,

I contacted medigold for an employee referral back in May 2026 having previously used them for an earlier referral in 2023. I received the automated email to say that my referral had been received and will be actioned but heard nothing else. 11 working days later I emailed them an enquiry asking what was happening. Still nothing so called them on 01 June to find out that there was a technical error with my ticket. I was not made aware of this. Finally had an email on 23 June saying that my account had been closed. Thankfully the OH assessment wasn't urgent but it could have been. I have found an alternative provider.

Although the entire process and advice were given over the phone, it was very productive for me; the representative Joslene was very helpful. I had some problems at work. I received advice and I'm very grateful; it was excellent work, no complaints.

I found my appointment rushed, no interest in the whole picture at all- purely only related to the diagnosis and I got the impression the call handler googled the condition and copy and pasted symptoms without giving me much time to personalise my actual experience.
Then they closed the referral despite needing follow up and recommendations for return.
Awful, oppressive, cold.

Missed a call for an assessment, called straight back which was within 5 minutes of my appointment start time and was told the app had already been marked as missed so now I have to explain this to my employer who will be charged. I’ve been off 2 months due to a bereavement and burnout. Show a bit of compassion!!

Ms Agyekum was absolutely impeccable at her job and supremely professional.

You may need to be more careful who you employ.

The training was flawless could not fault it. Engaging, interesting and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

She was knowledgeable and understanding of my condition and it's symptoms which assisted me in not having to explain everything in detail. Reasonable adjustments were already in place and it was just a case of ensuring they were still appropriate

Customer service was very good I was explained in detail my condition and my option on how to manage whiles waiting for further options

The person that attended to me was professional, listen well to what l have to say when she asked questions.
Also kept to what she said she would do, in regards to the outcome of the meeting.

It was a very balanced and stress free OH Assessment. I don't think it could have been improved upon, as was spot-on.
