Long time Mesh customer and keep coming back
Have purchased three Mesh desktops over the years and always been happy with the service and products. I recently needed a new laptop for my wife (her laptop is not Windows 11 compliant) and on comparing prices elsewhere found Mesh to be competitive. Arrived on time by DPD so well pleased.

Great experience buying from Mesh
It was a great experience to buy a computer from Mesh. First of all the web site is very easy to navigate and you can configure your PC if you want and save that for a quotation and go back later or ask Mesh to give a quote. Alternatively they have ready to ship PCs you can chose from. Staff especially Chris Johnson was friendly and very helpful. I had bought a computer from Mesh about 8 years ago and it is still working although on Windows 10 so needed an upgrade.

Good VFM
I have purchased computers from Mesh consistently over the last 10 years or more and have always received good products at a reasonable cost.
I would have given 5 stars however I had a problem with a delayed delivery and it eventually arrived damaged.
I returned it and the problem was rectified however it did mean I was without a computer for nearly 2 weeks

As I already had a windows 10 mesh desk…
As I already had a windows 10 mesh desk top they offered me free labour and postage it took up grade to windows 11 it took just over a week to upgrade.
All is work fine. Ps I did make a back up just in case

Not good.
Bought Asus laptop from these through Amazon.
Laptop had an intermittent fault on it from day 1.
Engineer called me and was very good - went through some diagnosis and determined it was a screen connectivity fault, he arranged for a DPD driver to pick up - he didn't arrive and when I rang Mesh to see what was happening they had the wrong telephone number on the account, arranged for another day.
Its now 10 days since the item was picked up so today I rang for an update - apparently had to send back to Asus as they couldn't repair it!
NO update for me at all - had no idea what was happening.
This means I will be without my machine for, I would guess about 2 weeks minimum, not good enough in my eyes.
