We have been using MIAB for several years now. Louisa has always been helpful in ensuring that we get the right product for our business needs and at a reasonable price. Occasionally Louisa may flag additional products that she feels may benefit our business, but there is never any pressure to take them. Arranging our insurance through MIAB has always been a positive experience.
