This company was responsive to my questions, honored a discount vice when it wouldn't work online, and shipped my dress very quickly! The dress is beautiful and fits perfect to size. I'm incredibly happy with my experience and so excited to show off my gown!

You had the product I needed

I ordered matching pajamas for my daughter and myself. I am very disappointed at the quality of the pajamas. They didn’t look anything like they did in the ad. We planned on wearing them on Christmas Eve and now have to find something else. They are huge, we ordered smallest size, in the waist/ front area and then super short lengthwise. I measured to length and they not the length given in the description.

I was very excited about these but unfortunately they aren’t at all what I expected. Of course their return policy makes it impossible to return them. This will be a red flag for me when making future purchases with any company.

The dresses run really small and unfortunately they were final sale.

They sent me the wrong item. I did what they told me and return the order. Unfortunately the post office lost the package. They will not return my original order or even try to work with me regarding the original item I purchase/ never again will I purchase with them. They are not willing to work with you when it’s there mistake.

The dress we bought had loose stiches and buttons.

I was looking for a certain style of dress and the young lady was so very helpful and picked out several dresses for me to choose from. She found the perfect dress for me and Im so glad that I saw this shop and stopped in. I will be returning for future purchases.
