Sold my house in Redcar with Michael Poole. Jack came and valued my house and took the photos there and then to avoid the inconvenience of a return visit. Jack was very helpful and a true gentleman. we were also happy with the figure the house sale achieved

I do not understand how this firm is rated 4.8 when 10% of the reviews are 1 star and nearly all are complain about misrepresentation. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRUSTPILOT ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Estate Agents generally hide behind caveat emptor rules to enable the vendor to hide undesirable aspect of the property for sale. But this the first time (and I have bought and sold many houses in my life time) I have come across a fact stated in a advert that was known to be untrue by the agent. I complained to the Managing director Richard Poole by email and written letter but both were ignored. However copies of these sent to the auctioneer were acted upon. Personally I will avoid this estate agent and recommend others to do so.

We used Micharl Poole to sell my late fathers property. The service was professional throughout and I have no complaints whatsoever. I dealt mainly with Stacey who was always polite, professional and curtious. Stacey was always quick to respond and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
