Before I could form much of an opinion about their hair volumizer, it dropped on the bathroom floor and shattered. Very shoddy and dumb way to package a product that is primarily going to be used in uncarpeted spaces. I definitely will not be buying their products again.

was wondering why my scalp was always irritated with a burning senatiin whenever my beautician used milkshake color. Whatever they use does not agree with me. Beautician tried 9 minute color, ammonia free and all types of milk shake color. I am allergic to something they use in their color. As soon as i switched to Goldwell hair color my scalp is never irritated or burning. Maybe Milkshake needs to figure out what the are putting in their hair color to aggravate the scalp. Never again Milk shake. I used you for too many years of bad irritation. Do not recommend Milk Shake.

I am not at all pleased with Milkshake Shampoos & conditioners. The color treated hair products left my hair looking greasy-ish by day 3, a problem I never ever had. The frizz free products did absolutely nothing for my hair. I am returning & won't buy again.

The Milkshake hair mask smells great but has not made my hair any softer, smoother, or shinier. In fact, it has made my hair look drier than before. Very disappointing especially as this was quite a pricey hair mask.

I used to love their lifestyling smoothing cream, but since they changed the packaging it's awful. It used to make my hair soft and supple. So SICK of haircare brands updating products which were perfect as they were.

I love Milkshake and I am 72. No problems at all. Sometimes its hard to reach Customer service with many many companies these days but eventually you will in a couple days. I totally disagree with negative reviews.

My hair feels more course, dry and frizzy after using these products, then before. I'm very disaappointed considering the money i paid, and the faith I had in buying product to help restore my over processed hair (recommended) I even added the leave in keratin conditioning treatment spray too, and my hair feels terrible. Won't buy again.

Icy blonde shampoo ,amazing scarey as black but I tried this 6 weeks in one week of having my colour redone this is slways time your hair looks dull ,amazing ashy bright colour love it ,I followed buy aveda conditioner and oplex no.8 mask hair is stunning at 6 weeks before my appointment next week !

Yes it takes the brassiness out of blonde but it also makes your hair dry and brittle, really not good stuff at all, I won't be buying again as it's an expensive way to ruin your hair

Milk shake products make my hair dry and brittle. The leave in conditioner was the worst, it left my hair course and dry at the ends with a horrible residue which meant I couldn’t smooth my hands through my hair let alone a hair brush. I used the correct amount.

I need a temporary colour for my fine hair as using developer destroys my hair. For decades I have used Chromative by L’Oreal but they have discontinued and I was at a loss.. but Milkshake’s conditioning direct colour is the next best thing. It covers grey, I can mix the cool brown and the warm brown, and it has a similar conditioning effect that thickens my fine hair and makes it beautifully shiny. Thank you, Milkshake, for making a product that fewer and fewer companies are providing. Highly recommended if you want to enhance your colour, condition fine hair, and allow your colour to gradually wash out, not grow out in a line.

I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment, because my hair was getting thin after having Covid. These products made my hair even thinner and caused it to fall out.

I have written a review previously. Back in February I ordered a 1000ml bottle of the integrity conditioner from Justmylook as it was heavily discounted. The product was awful so I threw it out and left a product review here.

To my complete surprise. milk_shake reached out to me via e-mail and informed that they do not supply Justmylook or have any association with them, so it was highly likely the product was not authentic.

Milk_shake to add to my surprise, sent me some products to try FOC. 2 days later I receive a box containing the Make My Day shampoo and conditioner and a bottle of the integrity oil. I am completely blown away by their kindness and generosity.

The products the conditioner especially was a totally different consistency to the one I was sent from Justmylook and left my hair feeling nourished.

The shampoo felt very gentle and cleansing. It left my hair feeling very clean but still clearly made it softer. The conditioner also made my hair feel extremely nourished and soft. The products also smell very much like a milkshake.

The integrity oil smells nice and did leave my hair feeling very soft and smooth. However, the oil is kind of heavy and it did leave a very oily cast over my hair. I had to use dry shampoo to make it look presentable. I haven't given up on experimenting with this product though.

I do like milk_shake products and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to try them again.

If you see milk_shake products sold cheaply elsewhere please bare in mind that you can only purchase authentic milk_shake products from their website or an authorised salon. If you purchase from Amazon or anywhere else you will either be sent a faulty product or a fake.

I did report Justmylook to trading standards. Hopefully, they will investigate and stop them selling these products.

My experience with Milkshake has been amazing! The scents are gorgeous and my hair is so much healthier as a result of using these products exclusively. I 100% recommend purchasing from Milkshake trust appointed wholesalers and salons. Do not buy from places like Amazon as the products will be fake and you could jeopardise the health of your hair!!

All the products smell amazing, leaving my hair feel nourished, soft and shiny. My hair had been damaged from bleach and by using the products and a hair care routine they have help repair and prevent further damage

These products have truly saved my hair! Going from black box dye to brunette my hair needed extra care and product so I leaned to a more professional brand after doing research and learning how great these products are! Using natural ingredients I don’t have to worry about what chemicals are going into my hair and what it may cause. The scent is unbelievable so I always get compliments when using these products.
