Recently bought x2 dry robes in my local Millets in Hitchin. Professional, knowledgeable & helpful customer service given by all staff every time I go in there. If I'd needed to replace/refund, the process was explained to me & having it locally would have made it so easy. Luckily didn't need to. Went to Millets in Hitchin 15th Jan 2025 Kit gave very helpful advise which helped me pick a jacket to go under a coat I already have to give extra warmth.
