Louise & Team Minibierne er ikke bare en privat pasningsordning, men en helt unik oplevelse af engagement, indlevelse, overskud og omsorg.

Af to omgange har min store drenge (først som 2-årig senere som 3 og 4 årig) oplevet Minibierne. De hjalp ham igang med ‘institutionslivet’ med stor ømhed - og siden blev det de vilde oplevelser (svømmetimerne, hesteugen, temaugerne, oppyntningen og arrangementerne), der fyldt ham op. Foruden de søde voksne og minibi-vennerne.
Siden kom lillebror på banen og igen fik vi en unik oplevelse.

Vi forlod Solkysten for ca. 1 år siden, og vi taler fortsat om Minibierne. Vores søn nævner dem så tit, at vi planlægger vores næste ferie efter at kunne besøge dem.

Louise er drivkraften bag børnehuset, og der er ingen grænser for, hvor meget energi hun er villig til at lægge i sit ‘hjertebarn’. En utrolig pige med erfaring og faglighed, men vigtigst af alt stor menneskelighed. Smil. Indlevelse. Varme.

We've had our girls go to Minibierne a several times, and this is the reason: it's a place filled with so much love, presence, warmth and care for young and old 🧡 When our biggest girl started, the owner, Louise, stated, that “our only problem here is that the children don't want to go home” and to that extent we indeed agree. Each day at pick-up time, all the children shouted: not yet, we're having so much fun, and we are not ready to go home🫶🏻
 
We have not experienced a single moment where the girls have been sad being handed in, because you only meet big smiles and happiness in Minibierne. It's a party for the children to go with all the cool activities on the program every single day 🌈
 
And each month the theme changes ex. Olympiad, Christmas, Halloween, super heros, trafic rules, Fairy Tales etc., and all holidays are celebrated in style🥳 Not to mention all the excursions in the local area from horse camp, playgrounds, zoo, butterfly garden etc. We have never experienced a place where it is possible to get swimming lessons while the children are in kindergarten, but in Minibierne it is.

The sweet and welcoming owners, Louise and Adam, always see opportunities instead of limitations – and so do their employees. Each time we return it feels like coming home again and being reunited.

We give Minibierne our highest and warmest recommendations – it’s simply just the place for all kids to be(e) 🐝 And we can’t wait to be(e)🐝 back 🫶🏻

Vi er en familie på fem der boede i Benalmadena fra august 2022 til marts 2023. Her gik vores to store børn på den danske skole og vores mindste på 5 (Carla) gik i børnehave.

Vi var så heldige at finde frem til Minibierne, som Carla ELSKEDE og stadig snakker om, at hun savner i dag.
Men ikke kun Carla var glad for at gå der. Vi voksne havde ligeledes et helt fantastisk forhold til børnehaven og særligt Louise og Adam, der kører børnehaven :-)

Jeg tror ikke der er andre danske børnehaver i området, men det er bestemt heller ikke nødvendigt, hvis du er heldig at få en plads her.

Minibierne er verdens bedste børnehave..
Aldrig har vi haft en bedre oplevelse af nærvær, omsorg og opmærksomhed fra personale og ledelsen i en børnehave. Vores barn og vi som forældre føler os i den grad både set og hørt.
Jeg kan ikke anbefale denne børnehave nok, intet mindre end et fantastisk sted for de små at lege og lære.

Our girls have never been happier than they are now and you will be part of their lives for the rest of their lives ❤️ as parents, we have never felt more secure in handing our girls over to a place that contains such wonderful values, care, love, pedagogy at a high level, a professionalisme that shines through ❤️

Fuldstændig fantastisk børnehave.

Vi har haft vores børn (5 og 2 år) i Minibierne i lidt over 2 måneder, og er voldsomt imponeret over det høje niveau. Både vi og vores børn har følt os velkomne fra start, og vi er super glade for det overskud som minibierne har til at lave ting med ungerne - fodbold om mandagen, turdag om onsdagen, svømning om torsdagen, legetøjsdag om fredagen og derudover alle de løbende temaer som er totalt gennemført.

Alt fra halloween fest, til dinosaur udklædning - der er bare styr på det. Louise og resten af personalet gør det mega godt. Vores 5 årig fløj direkte ind i de nye omgivelser, og ville for første gang gerne selv i seng så han kunne være frisk til at komme i børnehave - det har vi aldrig oplevet før. Vores 2 årig skulle lige vænne sig til det efter at have været i en privat dagpleje med kun 2 andre børn i DK, men minibierne tog sig virkelig godt af hende, og nu glæder hun sig til at komme afsted om morgenen, og vil ikke hjem igen.

Kæmpe highfive til minibierne - hvis i ikke var her, ville der nok være signifikant færre skandinaviske børnefamilier der ville trives på kysten - vi ville hvertfald ikke være foruden 🙌

Our youngest been attending Minibierne 4 years. It’s been amazing 4 years. She’s been loving to attend Minibierne, so much so that weekends couldn't end soon enough. She has looked forward to every single morning. Louise and Adam who run the Minibees have been fantastic. The sweetest, empathetic people. Deeply professional and committed. We are extremely grateful for the way they have looked after and prepared our daughter for school.

Our son has been in Minibierne for almost a year and he truly loves to be there. Minibierne are full of great people, they have exciting monthly themes with month end trips to the aquarium, zoo, making crafts, etc depending on the theme. Their weekly plan are filled with fun activities including song, dance, trips to the playground and these plans give the kids a good consistency in activities. Some of the activities are split between the group of smaller children and some are together. The communication with the kindergarden is very well organized with personal whatsapp chats and a common facebook group where information and pictures is shared.

We have a mother group for the kids in the kindergarden which creates a good social experience for the parents as well. I only hear nice comments about Minibierne! They have also received recognition from the teacher education in DK and have good cooperation with the scandinavian schools in the area.

I warmly recommend Minibierne:) it’s a great place to be for our children.

Most amazing daycare on the coast, the staff is so loving with the kids. Furthermore, they are going on adventures every week and it’s a new theme each month they are exploring and learning new information about, and it really shows that the kids are the number one priority at Minibierne ❤️ as it being my first experience with a kindergarten/daycare for my child I’m more than thankful that my son was able to attend Minibierne, because it has been nothing but a blessing and a wonderful experience in the 3 years my son has been at Minibierne

When we first moved from Norway to Spain, we thought we were happy in the nursery we had experience with from Norway. But wow, Minibierne excelled at everything. From their love and patience to there initiatives and fun learning projects, they are really amazing! This is what a nursery is supposed to be like. They are so caring, helpful and open to dialog. My daughter LOVES her days there. She has learned to swim in only a year, learned so much danish, English and Spanish, dancing, yoga, cuddles with bunnies every morning, gotten a lot of good friends, had amazing trips to different museums, the beaches and parks.

Couldn’t be more happy. It gives me true joy to drop her off every morning, knowing she is happy and cared for by the loveliest people.

We have our daughter in Minibierne and she loves it❤️. We as parents are thrilled with the foundation values of Minibierne and the good cooperation with the kind caretakers. They are both loving, dedicated and professional - and always put the kids first.

They have so many exciting adventures going on trips to fx the beach, aquarium and playgrounds, saying hallo to the rabbits in the outside area, making creative themes matching the anual celebrations. And it’s possible having swimming-lessons too.

Me and my family decided to take 3 month in Spain and have our kids, (2, and 5) go to minibierne.
We only have the highest- and greatest things to say about the way and the ownership, Louise and Adam runs minibierne.
Our kids come home happy and with another love and energy than they ever did in Denmark.
The time that is put into the wellbeing of the kids are outstanding and with no doubt it is the best place that our kids have ever been.
Everyday they just cannot wait to go to kindergarten, where they always experience SO much! From swimming, creative workshops, learning language and going away for some kind of trip every wednesday.

We are now coming back to Spain for 4 more month in minibierne, because our kids are having such a wonderfull experience and we are not ready to end this amazing adventure.

I usually don’t share bad reviews, but when it’s about your children I think it’s important. We heard only good things about Minibierne before attending.

There are so many wrong things to mention, but I’ll try to keep it short. This situation has left us feeling completely ignored.

First of all we got only 2h to let our 1y old child get adapted to the nursery. It’s our first time attending to a nursery at all and we trusted Minibiernes to guide us. We where really open and honest about our situation.

The main reason for sharing this was a bad episode at pick up and the unprofessional way Minibierne has handled this situation.

This day was our sons 5th day at the nursery: He was taken from my arms screaming in the hall and leaving the room before I got the chance to say good bye. So I followed him to comfort him, which most mothers would. I then left after 5-10 minutes when he was calm. He started crying again when I left.

When picking him up one of the owners wanted to talk to me about how uncomfortable I had made her staff feel at drop off. She came with several person attacks on me going in detail how terrible my actions had been. Confused I told her repeadly my son need more time for adaption and we need to be able to say good bye to him (I really didn’t do anything different this day). This got her fighting to control her feelings and she got a little aggressive. All I wanted at the time was to find a solution where both my son and I could feel safe at the nursery - which we actually did until this conversation. To be clear: she wasn’t present at drop off and clearly didn’t know what happend.

During the conversation I realised that some of the staff might be very insecure and didn’t handle my son crying very well.

After this my husband formulated a very professional message to address our concerns. After this everything went even more wrong.

Our son was suddenly not welcome to the nursery until we had a meeting. The meeting times where not flexible and we couldn’t bring our son. With no one to watch our son (we’re new in the area) and a job to attend to during day time it’s very hard. They refuse to help us with this issue - even though we paid for it.

They where refusing to answer a simple question to if we where allowed to say good bye to our son before leaving and if we could get more time for adaption. For us this is not optional. In short the texts where similar to our conversation - person attacks, taking things out of context and in general unprofessional.

To my opinion this situation could have been solved if Minibierne where a little bit more professional.

Before saying yes to the spot Minibierne was super flexible, kind and willing to find a sultion to everything. After suddenly everything we have done previouse days where no longer acceptable. It left us very confused and feeling unwelcomed.

For Minibierne sticking to schedule is more important than the wellbeing of the children. Instead of helping us on how to let our child adapt to staying away from home and to their schedule they choose to critizie the parents instead. They make it clear our child is not welcome on days we paid for and refusing to answer any questions. They do not answer to any form of constructive feedback - it’s ignored.

During the 5 days there where a new person every day having main responsibility of our child, giving him little chance to build important trust and stability.

Their unwillingness to have dialog or find a solution has been shocking. All in all this is not a safe environment for new parents and small children.

I am writing to share our deeply disappointing experience with Minibierne Kindergarten, particularly our interactions with one of the owners. Our journey at Minibierne started with optimism and hope for a nurturing environment for our son.

Unfortunately, our experience quickly turned sour, leaving us without a place to have our child with no day's notice and with no choice but to withdraw our child from the kindergarten.

Our first concern arose only after 5 days when our 1 year old boy was unwillingly separated from his mother, from the staff, without being given the opportunity to say goodbye. His evident distress, constant crying, and discomfort during this separation prompted my wife to follow the staff to console him. When we came to pick up our child she has reprimanded and the owner making her feel unwelcome and criticized her actions without any prior communication of their policies (She had not did anything different than any other day).

Our attempt to address these concerns about the experience through text communication with Minibierne (owner) was met with resistance and a lack of understanding. Despite our efforts to convey our worries, the owner seemed unwilling to engage in a constructive dialogue. She insisted on a face-to-face meeting, dismissing our concerns and didn’t want to talk about it, even though this contradicted our family's needs and circumstances.

We was told that our child was not welcomed until we had a meeting with her. We tried to explain to her that it is hard to have a meeting with her when nobody can babysit our child.
We were in a new country and didn’t have any family to babysit.

Moreover, the Owner's refusal to acknowledge the challenges faced by our family, unwillingness to listen, coupled with her reluctance to apologize for the distress caused to our child and us was deeply disappointing. Her communication style was defensive, uncooperative, and unsympathetic to our situation.

Her unwillingness to address our concerns and provide a satisfactory explanation left us feeling frustrated and unsupported.

Despite our attempts to reason with the owner, she continued to deflect responsibility, accusing us of things, and having no interest in finding solutions. Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to engage in open, honest communication only served to exacerbate the situation.

In the end, we made the difficult decision to withdraw our child from Minibierne Kindergarten, as we believe it is essential for our child to be in an environment where he feels secure, supported, and understood.

We feel totally scammed by Minibierne - we paid a lot of money that we are not getting back to have our child in Minibierne for only 5 days.
We were left with no place for our child in kindergarten with no notice which left us in a difficult situation.

We hope that by sharing our experience, other parents can make informed decisions about their choice of childcare facilities, avoiding the distressing situation we endured.
