I have repeatedly filled out form to cancel this service for the last 9 months, yet every three months they charge me and I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR YOU WILL FOREVER BE IN DISPUTE WITH CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

The product is advertised with basic information on what is required. There is not full context in terms of how this product is supposed to be implemented on an IOS device. Further, after purchasing, links were sent to me to implement, which also, cannot be done as it requires changes to the account and password changes. These links are not available from the main page and not easily found. Refunds on the product seems to be a problem. As far as I can establish, the refund does not want to be given. Do not purchase this product.

False advertisement. The phone cannot be found unless you already have the app downloaded. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Did not work at all. Asked for money back but they refused. The app for downloading doesn't even exist. It is a scam.

Absolute garbage, never found a single mobile number. Couldn't even find my own number. Said I used blocking software, which is a lie. Swift plan is Total con everybody beware

No it's not free and not easy to use which I only found out after I've paid. No refund of course. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM.

Did not work as advertised. And it takes hours to update. Not all calls or messages were logged. I could see some activity on keylogger so i know there was both. Many many calls and messages on keylogger but have no information of who or what. Reported some messages on wrong dates and times. Social app reports show nothing except there is activity, just not what or with who. It was fairly easy to install on target phone but i was dusappointed. For the price, it should be better. I would not recommend thus program.

First Minspy did not want to give me a full refund - even though their software did not work as advertised (you cannot run the software in all new iOS devices - and Apple can confirm this!!). They then offered me only a 50% refund! What a cheek!

Second, the refund I received was not the full refund but they deducted some amount for transaction costs...

Third - if Minspy were more clear on what would make their software not work upfront, I would not have purchased it and lost some money and lots of time in the process. Their advertising is misleading!!! Be warned!
