I placed an order on January 23 2024 I have not received any tracking information from them nor do they answer any of their customer support. I guess that they are fast at getting your money but not fast at answering customer support or fast at shipping your product out. Well that’s money I have lost and now have to find another company. No I don’t recommend them
No communication at all!
I placed an order with this company because the site I usually order from was out of stock on my husbands pods. So far this experience is not great. Upon placing my order it said the estimated delivery was January 27 and that I would receive an email with tracking information. On January 22, the funds were taken from my bank account and I reached out via their chat option on their website (only option to contact the company). As of today, January 25, nobody has answered my messages and I still have not even received a confirmation email let alone any tracking information. It is very frustrating that nobody can even answer a message, I have now reached out to their website chat twice, and sent a message through their Facebook page. No communication from them at all, but you bet they sure took my money! If all works out in the end, I will change my review. For now, I wish I could give 0 stars.

Hands down the easiest online vape website to navigate! Each juice brand is represented on one page, then you use a dropdown menu to select the flavor - instead of having to click on a new page for each flavor. I'm very particular and an avid vapor. It usually takes me a couple hours to choose and purchase an order. On Misthub - I was done in less than 30 minutes! They had every one of my favorites in stock! My shipment arrived very quickly - only 3 business days! Everything was perfect! A++++ for Misthub. I will not order from anywhere else moving forward!

I had no issues. The person delivering my coils called ahead of time to check if I was home to receive the delivery. No issues with the product. Misthub has great products & services.

I placed an order on February 8, 2023. Tracking indicates the order is still waiting for carrier pick up. I tried contacting Misthub two days ago and have not received a response. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from this company

So many online vape shops are now using these LAME azz "third party" carriers and the service is now terrible... blaming it on the 'new laws'. Yet another online vape store I order from uses FedEx Home and I receive orders from them in THREE DAYS - so the 'new laws' excuse is B.S.

Payment system is extremely fast but it all goes downhill from there! 9 days since I placed my order and absolutely NO tracking information or estimate on how long it'll be or if and when I'll get my order! Neither tracking company they offer shows me anything concerning WHERE my package is or anything beyond the purchase date of 1/12/23, they also show purchase has been completed, beyond that absolutely nothing useful! You also have NO WAY of contacting them as the "Contact us" function is disabled on their website! As of today 1/28 ALL tracking information has been removed from MistHubs website, looks like I'm just out of luck and have lost my money!
Absolutely poor customer service
I placed an order here, and within a few weeks I decided to start looking at the tracking because i got a notice that my order was "on the way...". I contacted the company when I noticed my order didn't move for a week, which they just stated nothing was updated, i should check my tracking, allow 1-5 business days for an update (7 days after waiting already) and i will be notified when an order is out for delivery. My order ended up sitting in my city for about 2 weeks without any notice of when I should be available for delivery. I went away on holiday for a week and find out there was 4 attempted deliveries in 1 day. I didn't receive any notice in the mail of even 1 failed delivery, and now I don't know where my order is. I've used the company before multiple times, with consistent results. I felt suspicious when I noticed my package was still in a different state for 2 weeks and tried preventing this mess by contacting their support, but their support is extremely limited - making you feel you're in the wrong simply because you can't actually contact them with specific details about your order, with only the ability to notify "my package is late", where they will just tell you to check the shipping for updates, or "cancel" which you may as well do if you get to that point waiting for your order.

order didnt ship until i reached out weeks later. By that time I had already left the ship location to return back home. Shipping carrier marked exception "no one home" on first attempt despite someone being there. Then days later, simply marked it as signed for and delivered when no one was actually at the address. Figuring this was going to be returned to sender. I placed an order with another retailer on Nov 25, that showed up two days after the eventual delivery of this one. I've always had a seamless experience with MH in the past but taking almost an entire month from payment to delivery, I simply can not trust your shipping couriers at this point.

No tracking number that actually provides any useful information, no updates, and no product. Of course the money from my account disappeared right away and yet, nearly two weeks later, still no product nor tracking update.
