While in a visit to the UK, I had bought a pair of StreamBuds Mini Charge 2 in TK Maxx in Chester. Upon returning to Manchester I found out that one of the buds was not working. Since returning to the store and getting a replacement was not an option, I wrote an email to Mixx customer support trying to solve the issue. Ben and Rizzy replied promptly, with suggestions on how to address the issue. After everything failed, I was offered and delivered a full refund. I would like to thank again Ben and Rizzy for being very professional and efficient, and for setting an example of how customer support should look like in practice.

Power bank bought and discovered it failed very soon
Contacted customer support who dispatched a replacement……that didn’t work either
Customer support then sent yet another replacement which came without a charging cable so of no use whatsoever

Excellent customer service when I lost my ear bud and contacted them about the possibility of buying a replacement. They weren't able to do that, which is a shame from an environmental point of view, but they were very pleasant and helpful, and gave me a discount to use against a new pair.

Fantastic customer service from Rizzy, I have a portable vinyl player that the tone arm clip had broken.They quickly identified the part and despatched it via 48 hour tracked delivery.They even sent a video showing how to fit the part.

Bought MIZZ headphones just before Christmas which sounded great, and very comfortable. The headband snapped about 5 months later, but as soon as I contacted MIXX they talked me through the process to return them and provided brand new replacement set which are great!

I contacted them about myearbuds on 20/4. They looked into the problem, had me return the product via free postage, identified it was faulty and sent me a replacement. All this done within days. I received the new one today 25/4. Excellent service carried out by excellent helpful and knowledgeable staff

Purchased the Analog Plus through AV Connection (Denmark), importing it to Japan. The design looked fantastic and I was genuinely excited to set it up.

The reality: within less than a month, the turntable could not hold 33 RPM — it kept jumping to 45 on its own, making every record unplayable at the correct speed. The CD player had no gapless playback, meaning silence was inserted between every track. Live albums, concept albums, anything with crossfades — all ruined.

A turntable that can't hold speed is defective. A CD player without gapless playback in 2026 is a design failure. These are not edge cases — these are basic requirements for a music player.

To their credit, the customer service team did respond and acknowledged the issues. But the product itself was so fundamentally flawed that I destroyed it and disposed of it after less than a month of ownership.

I cannot recommend the Analog Plus to anyone who actually listens to music.
