Watford branch worst customer service and they want u to pay for everything in cash for tax purpose. They even make you go to a cash point to withdraw. They were supposed to fix my charging port issue and my phone got worse

Watford branch: Dishonest in my opinion. Asked for a tempered glass screen protector. Was told they didn't stock them (inaccurate) and convinced to buy a silicone type cover (£20) they apply (probably bigger margin). I was not happy with the bubbles but was told the heat of the phone would sort it out. Reassured could return. A week later bubbles was worse not better. Attempted to return but was told by a colleague they didn't refund screen protectors. He wanted to reapply suggesting his colleague didn't apply it properly but I declined as clearly not the issue. He finally installed a tempered glass protector (suddenly now in stock) but £10 cheaper. Didn't refund me the extra £10 paid for more expensive cover. To make matter worse the screen he applied is not center and already lifting on the side. £20 paid for nothing. Previously used this company and was happy but never tried to return anything. Would never use again.

Poor customer service, my son bought a phone case 2 weeks and it has snapped on the side. I tried to take back and exchange for another one and what told no as it wasn’t faulty when bought. Will not buy from them again . DOCNOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

I was charged £30 to get my phone unlocked from provider EE to sell my phone on and I have found that they are charging people for this service when all network providers are doing this for free!!! Save yourself the money and get it unlocked with your provider before selling. They told me also it failed to unlocked after a week of waiting EE told me it got unlocked 1 day after I gave them the details.

Very pleased with the service I received from the very helpful, knowledgable friendly staff.
My iPhone screen needed replacing, this was done within a hour whilst I did some shopping.
Highly recommend their service.

I came in shop at weekend asked how much to fix my phone.
The guy told us and we said be back as I didn't have time to fix due to car park.
Today popped in and the same guy fixed it then as he handed it back he changed price!! He originally said 25!! We ended up paying 45!! Fuming! The button for home screen was fine..now it is stuck!!
Avoid!!!! I now need to try and get another one sorted as this one is buggered..cheers mate!!

Paid to get my screen fix, fell off after 5 months so took it back because the website clearly states 1 year warranty. Drive 40 minutes to lakeside after calling mobile blitz and explained what had happened. The guy inspected the phone and agreed to change the screen for free. After coming back to collect he then tells me that I have to pay now because he made a mistake. Disgraceful customer service

Absolute rip off. Been waiting 3 weeks for phone to be unlocked. Been back 5 times and all the rude sales man keeps saying is tomorrow, it will be done by tomorrow

Complete cowboys, took my phone here to have the screen repaired and it was in full working order. Facial recognition now doesn’t work and was fine before. Went back to the store the next day and the refused to fix the problem or offer any resolution. One top of this are extremely rude. I would avoid

All crap products and Chinese and try to. Copy mobile outfitters for their cheap version of wrapping !!!! Terrible services and most important fake screens used for repair!!!

Purchased a screen protector from the Basingstoke branch.
The protector lasted just a few days before being heavily scratched. Within 5 days the protector shattered.
Working from home, the phone hasn’t been near anything capable of scratching it. A sofa, a desk and in my hands.
Having seen other reviews on here with similar issues, it would seem the cheapest, poorest quality materials are being used with marked up prices!
Was begrudgingly given a replacement but then told I wouldn’t be able to obtain any refund or replacement in future. What ever happened to consumer rights?

Manager or the store in fisher gate Extremely sexist, called me a liar, tried to get me kicked out the store by a security guy who didn’t bat an eye lid at what was happening, with my 5 year old daughter not to mention I’m 6 months pregnant! The stress this narsarsist has caused me this afternoon over my screen being repaired by this company and cracking in the same place again!!!! Wouldn’t help! Stay clear!!!!

Iphone screen changed on mobileblitz Atria Watford branch but did not survive for 24hrs on my pocket. Low quality screen attached. Came back the next day and explained so tech guy says can change it again for £25 and advised to add extra screen protector for £15 but can do it for £10. Decided to go ahead but when we came back was charged the full amount of £65 and when mentioned about the previous conversation told that the manager did not approve the price and should pay the full price. Lots of arguments but in the end decided to pay as we keep going in circle with the conversation. Gave us 10% discount as a key worker but the guy complaining as why everyone asking for discount. Obviously 🙄

In need of a rapid iPhone screen repair I dropped my phone off at mobile blitz in Royal Victoria Place Tunbridge Wells. Super efficient and excellent service from a delightful young man M Bilal. Great value too. Have tried this repair myself on my last phone and it was never the same It is well worth the money to pay someone to do it properly and as well as being fast it was a the best price I had found. Can highly recommend.

Avoid this company. Will never use again. Screensaver didn’t even last the journey home! Refused to replace - Rude and no idea of customer service. Waste of £15.00.

Appalling service! Has taken my money to unlock a phone and after several trips and phone calls (now not answering!) it's still not unlocked. I've requested a refund as they have not fulfilled the agreement and they are refusing. Its a scam! He is rude and has no idea how customer service should work
