I ordered a phone and it came quite quickly to be honest. However the phone wasn’t charging so it wasn’t in working order. I contacted customer service via email as no one was answering the phones. Once connected with customer service it was like talking to a brick wall. I had to send the device back myself and was treated quite poorly despite giving them my order number. I mean they could see that I literally just purchased the item. I treated as if I brought it months ago and due to my negligence the phone was damaged. That wasn’t the case at all. They’ve received the phone and still no communication up to now.

Unfortunately, once a parcel has left our warehouse and is with Royal Mail, any delays in transit are outside of our direct control. That said, we can only apologise on their behalf for the delay you’ve experienced.

Scammers that take advantage of people less knowledgeable about technology.
Terrible experience buying from here. The phones are not tested properly and ends up being a gigantic waste of time for everyone due to returns.
To put into perspective how this company is incredibly dishonest; the screen provided with my iPhone 14 Pro was not an OEM screen but had the original IC chip transferred to pretend that it was. What this does is fool the operating system to think that you have original parts but you don't. So when you try to use the actual features that you'd expect from your phone, you can't and you'd be none the wiser. For me, this meant that ProMotion for example did not work even though it was 'on' and the screen was obviously not of the same quality.
What this means is that someone less knowledgeable would have been essentially scammed if not aware of what ProMotion is supposed to look like. Selling an iPhone 14 Pro without the features of the actual phone is dishonest and scammy especially when you're charging the same as other companies that actually have good parts.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

To clarify, Mobile Reborn is a UK-based refurbished technology business. All devices are refurbished using certified and approved parts, and every device is thoroughly tested by our technicians prior to dispatch to ensure full functionality in line with the model specifications.
We strongly refute any suggestion that we intentionally mislead customers or “pretend” components are original. Where screens or components are replaced during refurbishment, this is carried out in line with industry standards, and devices are tested to confirm features operate as expected at the time of dispatch. If a fault develops or a feature does not perform as intended, this is exactly what our warranty and returns process is designed to address.
We can see that multiple reviews have been left across different platforms, however no order number or identifying purchase information has been provided in any of them. Unfortunately, this is preventing us from locating your order on our system and properly investigating the concerns raised.

I would like to say that I could not recommend Mobile Reborn highly enough. I was having a lot of trouble with other companies getting the phone I wanted and had 2 phones sent to me that should have never been sent, they were totally unfit for purpose and had to be returned. Then I found Mobile Reborn and everything changed for the better, thankfully. Within a few days I received the phone I had been looking for. It was really, really well
packaged and was in excellent condition exactly as they said it would be, the phone was even charged. If you are looking for a good refurbished phone, this is definitely the place to go. Very Highly recommended. Thank you Mobile Reborn.

I ordered an iPhone 12 and the experience has been really disappointing so far. My order has been stuck on ‘preparing shipment’ for over a week, even though the dispatch window has already passed. I’ve emailed them multiple times and haven’t received any response or updates.
Communication has been terrible and I’m now considering asking for a refund.

Worst experience ever buying a phone…
Worst experience ever buying a phone from these people, it cost me money 3 times to return a faulty phone which I never had even had pleasure of using, £9 then got charged 7% for return yeh that’s right, charged for receiving a phone what you paying £300 for, they kept telling me that the phone was not faulty and been tested, so I went to the apple shop and was told that the phone problem was probably broken screen from previous owner or water damage this is why it was flicking through multiple apps at once, I returned phone once again to them this time I was offered a refund but guess what I had to wait 5 weeks for refund to arrive to me, honestly people please don’t waste your time on these people, I’m shocked they have 4 stars as they don’t deserve any !!! It was June time 2025 don’t know exactly as now I have also lost all my details …answer to the reply!!! Firstly how can the phone have been fully tested and still be faulty it’s not making sense! Was charged twice for returning the phone and why should a customer have to pay for a return when it was pretty obvious that the phone was faulty? So customer is paying for return of faulty phone then a 7%charge..that’s criminal behaviour, and shouldn’t be allowed, and the refund wasn’t sent back straight away, so be warned about this, I bought one from Amazon and returned it back for upgrading I received refund within three days I have proof of what I’m saying, I had no compensation for my loss only the 7% taken off on last return, I am wanting people to be aware of this
