I purchased a mobility scooter from mobility connect in February 2026 and it was delivered in March 2026. Since then being only 5 months since delivery it got 3 faults 1 being it keeps cutting out and displaying E4 error code on the screen which is happening every day, 2nd i have a terrible grinding noise coming from the left side back wheel and it's so bad it can't be used. It also has problems with the alarm as I keeps beeping 3 times all night and my neighbours are getting annoyed, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it states that if faults arise within the first 6 months it's classified as faulty goods and considering it's £3700 plus finance fees of almost £3000 and it's unusable. I contacted mobility connect and they said i would have to wait a month for a engineer to come which is unacceptable because I was using it every day for shopping and visiting my family and now I have nothing. Plus on the mobility connect invoice it states 36 payments but on the snap finance agreement it says 39 payments which breaches the transparency agreement. I wouldn't buy from this company unless you want dodgy goods or end up with a mobility scooter you can't use. I've written to mobility connect and it's like they don't give two hoots considering that the consumer Rights Act 2015 states that if you get faults within the first 6 months the law classes it as faulty goods and because I can't use it and it's now nearly 3 weeks since these faults started happening and I first contacted mobility connect and they expect me to wait until week commencing 31st August which is a month it's unacceptable so I have demanded either a engineer within 2 days or i want a replacement new mobility scooter or i cancel the contract and demand a refund but mobility connect are basically saying up yours, if they think they can treat disabled sick people like this it just shows their true colours. They think they can take advantage of disabled sick people and leave me housebound which is not good for my health condition because I have severe COPD

100% very happy with my new scooter. In fact were so happy I think my.sister has now decided to go ahead and maybe get one herself.
The whole process has been made very easy and the staff have been so polite.
The delivery driver was also very helpful and took alot of time in making sure I was comfortable in using it before he left.

Just purchased 2 scooters one for me and my.husband. absolutely love them and has given both of us the freedom to get back out and about.
These will be very handy for everyday use and would just highly like to thank all.of the staff at mobility connect for being courteous and making sure we both received the right scooters.
Any questions asked they went above and beyond.

Stay away from this company - after-sales service and sorting out issues when the scooter fails is horrendous. Left my daughter without a scooter for over a week; she had two meltdowns. They promised 5 times over a week to phone her back with updates and didn't phone once. They eventually sent a replacement scooter, not charged and without a charger. Another meltdown for my daughter. Her new scooter lasted a few weeks before it broke, with issues with the braking system. Not safe. They were quick to take her money, and she is paying £40 a month in insurance, which has made no difference. This is not a business; it's a circus full of clowns who are not funny. I am disgusted by the way they treat people who are already struggling.

Cant provide replacements or dates/times for repairs in a reasonable fashion.

makes people to the leg work they are paid to do.

Legals are involved so I cant really say too much.
I'd say take your money and go elsewhere, I know I will be doing so.

Brilliant service and very informative was nervous from the get go. But The staff at mobility connect always kept me in the loop and made sure to provide me with the correct scooter. I'd been looking at the onyx scooter for a while and absolutely love it.

I have been with them for seven months, up until recently I was happy with my service.

Recently my scooter developed a fault and has been unusable.

I suffer from Dystonia scoliosis, copd, bipolar, brain damage, heart failure and two mini strokes, considering my health I would have hoped that a speedy repair would be on the cards but I’ve had nothing more than yes staff fobbing me off for the last two weeks, with no scooter I am confined to my flat and am no longer independent, I pay £140 insurance a month and I have been told I will have to wait another two week.

Frankly I think a month is ridiculous for anyone let alone someone who suffers with what I do.

Thouroughly unimpressed, would not recommend.

Very happy with the service you provide to your customers

From start to finish the whole process of getting my mobility scooter was easy. The sales staff member (Simon) and delivery staff (Cain) made it all a very enjoyable experience. Simon made it all very easy and explained everything in a clear, concise and easy to understand way. Cain very kindly showed me how to not only operate, but also dismantle and reassemble my scooter despite stifling heat. The whole ordering and delivery process was really quick, just over a week. I cannot fault the customer service process and I quite happily give Mobility Connect, and their staff, in particular Simon and Cain five stars.

Very pleased and service has been great. Delivery driver Cain couldn't have been more helpful and went well out of his way in explaining everything in full detail.
Would always recommend mobility connect as they have never let me down and these our second lot of scooter and never had a problem.

made a phone call spoke to mason who i dealt with and was really helpful. he waa back an forth and made sure he got the scooter for my.wife.
The delivery driver was also very helpful an was sure.i knew what i was doing but before he left it with us. much recommended
