Cannot be happier start to finish with Billy and his team.

They took the time to care for the needs of our dear Mum and found the chair that is needed for size and cost.

Absolutely first Class.

Our Mum is doing fantastic in the new chair to the point she enjoys sleeping more than awake due to its comfort.

With it having the wheels we can take Mum into the garden which we have done and have breakfast in the sun with an umbrella for shade.

Look forward to working with the company with Servicing our chair in the future.

Paul, Billy, Pierce and Raymond the installer, made installing a stairlift to support my parents extremely straightforward. Lovely people to deal with, no hard sales, transparent and competitive pricing. I had a few quotes and and Mobility Scotland came out on top for quality and customer service. They did not employ a hard sales technique like all the others so it made the choosing process extremely simple. I also loved the wee bag of treats 😀

I called Mobility Scotland Ltd looking for a stairlift. I had a bad experience recently when attempting to buy a scooter suitable for me, with another company and was wary about purchasing a stairlift. My worries melted away by Mobility Scotland Ltd...from the first call. Pierce came to my home and discussed what I needed. Friendly, explained everything to me, no problem. His knowledge and manner made me feel at ease and I trusted him. My whole experience has been so much better than I expected. The Lad who fitted my stairlift was also so pleasant and explained everything and had me using the stairlift with confidence. Pierce returned after the fitting with more advice and helpful Best Practice Guide. I highly recommend this company and know that any questions from me in the future will be handled professionally and from friendly staff. They have restored my faith that there are good companies out there .Delighted!!!

From start to finish the customer service has been superb, each member of staff who my relative or I have come into contact with has radiated professionalism and care. I recently bought a rise and recline chair for my brother from Mobility Scotland and the whole experience was excellent. The team were kind, patient, and really took the time to help us choose the right chair for his needs.

Delivery and setup were smooth, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The chair has made a huge difference to my brother’s comfort and independence.

Would really recommend this company. From lst contact through to installation of the stairlift the team were excellent. Pierce was very professional and knowledgeable when measuring and explained everything in simple terms. At no time did I feel being talked down to as can happen very often when you are elderly.

What a great company to deal with.
I was on the search for a bariatric rise & recline chair. I had been retired on ill health due to severe osteoarthritis in my knees, lower spine & feet; along with fibromyalgia, chronic regional pain syndrome. After a long search & numerous companies sending me their literature i still couldn't find a company i was 100% happy with.
So, we decided a road trip around the Central belt & visiting showrooms that actually had the seats available for you to sit in & try. Most said just pop in any time. All except Billy, they suggested making an appointment with them so I had someone to spend time & show us, and talk us through all the pros &cons. What a totally different experience, from start to finish we were valued, given a welcoming smile, a shopping experience based on getting what i wanted & needed (for now & in the future)rather than them getting a sale.

I would definitely go back to Billy & his team for future purchases, but the chair will most probably last me for many years. Also the after sales service is second to none.
I would have absolutely no problem recomending them to anyone who is needing something to make their lives more comfortable.

Rob is adjusting well to his Opera bed and is sleeping well.
It had been three and a half years since Rob has been able to actually sleep in a bed with his spinal compression fractures and the osteoporosis caused by his myeloma cancer. The bed is life changing! Equally positive is that Rob can get in and get out of his Opera bed by himself- a little victory that means a lot to us.

Billy we really appreciate the way you listened to Rob’s needs and his challenges and were able to guide us to the right bed and the right mattress and also adapt the bed size to his height. We also appreciate how quickly you were able to deliver the bed to us. We have a bespoke bed solution that gives Rob a bit of independence and a good nights sleep! Thank you
