Just signed on online and you get the same excellent service you get instore.
Having had surgery, lugging 15kg bags of their absolutely fantastic Hypoallergenic Mole Valley dog kibble is out of the question. Ordered online and it was delivered on days with a great delivery price. I was a member and had points and a quick email to their easy to find contact address and it was all switched over. Ok, I can't spend the points online, but I know I'll still visit our local store in Sway Rd, Lymington.

Delivery on time no hanging about

Really appallingly bad!!! As a regular, repeat customer buying my dog’s food (your own brand trays) from you I am astounded that you have cancelled this month’s order. To offer the pathetic explanation that your supplier is changing packaging & to advise that it will be Autumn before you can supply utterly beggars belief! Add to that the fact that you have increased the free delivery spend threshold without the slightest warning & the likelihood of my returning as a customer crashes to virtually nil!!
What a way to treat your customers???

The drlivery was prompt and I was well informed.
The peannut however were a bit meh. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Ordered on line. Regular updates on where my order had reached in the process. Notified of delivery carrier and date for arrival.
Arrived well packaged and easy to assemble. A lightweight design. Our dog is crate trained so no problem. Door closures may not be substantial enough for a large active dog. Check before purchase.

Excellent food it's the only dog food my dogs have eaten .I had a year of trying different brand s with no joy.so I was glad I found mole valley farmers.Also staff are very helpful when you contact them.the only thing is the Web site it's hard to get payment page it took me half hr to get it up

Good range of products and usually well priced. I order 20/25kg bird food regularly as it is usually a better price than many other places especially sometimes when special offers are on for members.
Website can be a slow to give you information about reward point status and often says data can’t be shown, which is a bit frustrating, but I just try later.

Order quick to arrive and delivered by DHL when they said it would be. Great service
