Failure to perform as represented
I googled a search for car insurance which had to include cover for taking my car into the EU. The money.co.uk site was shown. I entered the site, input the car details and the driver details and then the results appeared. However, when I looked at the results, it appeared that many shown specifically excluded European cover - which is the precise opposite of what I was looking for. So your site did not do what it represented it would/could. Having already explored insurance options on Confused.com, it was a complete waste of time to go through the whole process again with your site for absolutely no benefit. It was most frustrating. It is not good to represent your site as performing a specific service when it does not. That is misrepresentation. Not impressed.

Good for basic search but misleading links if searching for building work cover
I ended up on this site when searching for home insurance with extension/renovation work. The form was completed, little check box about building work was ticked but there were no other questions asked about the renovation. Second on the list was my current insurer, who has told me they won’t cover during the work so it was a waste of time and effort. The link is misleading, giving the impression it will help you find insurance to cover extension/renovations, but it’s just a basic quoting service.

Exactly what I needed…
