Soweit alles gut, bis vor einiger Zeit war Moneygram einfach nicht mehr zu erreichen und keine Information an die Kunden. Was Bank / Moneygram betrifft ist es sehr gut. Nur zu viele Fragen
Wofür, woher usw. Das hat die Bank nicht zu interessieren. Wenn hohe Beträge z.B. ab 5000 Euro kann ich das verstehen.

Sehr einfach und super schnelle Transaktion.
Hab persönlich Geld an meine Oma in Kirgisistan geschickt und war erst sehr skeptisch.
War erst sehr verwirrt wie das mit den Banken funktioniert aber nach längerer Überlegung war alles sehr simpel!
Niedrige abgaben für die Transaktion und bisher ein sehr nettes call center support team!

Erste Transaktion super, zweite Transaktion soll plötzlich 3-4 Werktage dauern. Chatbot in Endlosschleife. Ich habe mich auf diese Firma verlassen und wurde enttäuscht. Geld wurde sofort abgebucht aber soll erst in Tagen abholbereit sein. Absolute Frechheit !!!

Falsche Werbung
Es wird damit beworben, dass eine Überweisung auf ein Bankkonto im Ausland möglich sei. Das habe ich versucht und musste leider feststellen, dass es überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass Moneygram keine Erklärung dafür hatte. Sie hat einfach nur die Schuld auf die Bank in meinem Heimatland geschoben. Dabei hatte die Bank festgestellt, dass Moneygram die Transaktion verhindert hatte, und erfolglos versucht mit Moneygram Kontakt aufzunehmen um die Sache zu klären. Das ganze hat zwei Wochen gedauert und am Ende bekam ich mein Geld zurück. Jetzt geht es mich richtig auf die Nerven, wenn ich diese Werbung von Moneygram sehe. Außerdem sind die Transaktionskosten wie nie gestiegen. Und trotzdem gibt es immer wieder Probleme.
