Overall my experience of dealing with Moneyhelper was fairly helpful & the operative explained what information, documents would be needed to help with my pension queries.

The agents, to whom I spoke to arrange and then reschedule a telephone appointment, were informative and empathetic.
The ensured, in a friendly and professional manner that I will be fully prepared for my consultation in August.
I recommend the MoneyHelper service to anyone who wants/doesn't know how to make the most efficient use of their pension savings.

I was recommended to use after using travel insurance compare sites that were quoting higher figures for my age and medical background. Medical helper gave me three companies that might offer better quotes and one of them were able to come in £100 cheaper than I had found elsewhere.

Getting to talk to an agent after a chatbot interaction. The agent was a lovely person, keen to help and very understanding.

This organization is just a data collection organisation. They want to know everything about you, pensions, savings , income, assets and family. They then say we cant offer you advice as its against protocol. My adviser didnt advise anything. He left recording every minute detail about me and then offered me nothing. Government data collection that's all it is. Waste of my time.

The consultant was very professional as ND had vast knowledge of the pension minefield. Plus he was totally aware of my needs and gave advice accordingly. Highly recommended.

MoneyHelper advisor was very helpful

Until I spoke to Pension Wise I was unaware of the varied options which could be considered with "Defined Contributions". The adviser was able to detail these and provide follow up information.

Jenni who I spoke to regarding my DC Pension was so on the ball, Jenni answered all my questions without me even having to say what I needed to know. I had a list and Jenni covered them all during our call. In fact I missed my original call from pension wise due to my phone not working properly, I had to wait 2 months for that appt in the first place as they are so busy, when I told Jenni that I needed to speak to someone urgently after missing my call Jenni sorted out my problem. It was well worth the wait of 2 months. I was actually nearly crying when Jenni said she would help me after speaking to her supervisor as Jenni had her own quota of calls to take too. Her supervisor gave Jenni permission to talk me through my pension options, Great service, could not have been any better.
