Moniker has been a reliable service for me, and they keep my domains available. I have had to contact them a few times, and the people who responded were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend their services!

I had stupidly let a domain expire and it had been deleted from my account. The support team very promptly got it imported back into my account so I could renew it - with no extra fees. 5 stars.

Moniker is excellent!

I've been using them for many years, and their support staff can't be beat!

At some other registrars I've tried, the support reps have to go lookup info or sometimes give mixed-up info (different than even their own support pages say). And at huge registrars, they have different departments for different issues, and you have to get transferred around to different reps.

But at Moniker, they're a good size but not huge (although I see they have a huge parent company, so you still get that stability), and the reps are simply very knowledgeable & know what the answer is or how to do procedures. And very nice people to deal with too.

Their expertise has been very helpful for me before when I accidentally made a mistake when doing something in the control panel and wasn't sure how to fix the issue, so I really appreciate that (and why I'm being thorough in my review so that people know the excellent service they provide!).

They're also very fast in replying to emails (just a matter of minutes, not hours). And if you phone, you can talk with someone after a few rings... compared to having to listen to a menu, select an option, and then wait on hold.

The free email and web site forwarding (included with a domain purchase/renewal) are really useful features too. And I've seen other tools in the control panel that I haven't even tried yet.

The support hours aren't 24/7, but it's most hours, and quality over quantity. Plus, the control panel lets you do most things yourself. And their support wiki has a lot of answers too.

And the prices are very good, and even better with the bulk discount if you have 20+ domains.

So yeah, easily 5/5!

I have had great experiences with their customer support. They are always quick to respond and have helped me get many questions answered along the way so that things work the way I need them to.

Just registered a domain with them. Everything went great the process was very smooth!

Submitted a query to help/support and received within a few minutes the answer to my question.

Some time ago I had set a password locking one of my domains. Today I went to unlock it and ran into some technical difficulties, probably because I had set the password.

Ivan worked with me to straighten things out. Everything was resolved the same day, even for a refund of an errant transaction that occurred while the unlocked domain was being re-associated with the auto-renewal system.

This transaction could have been protracted over several days with a less respondent registrar. Thanks everyone for making this painless and simple.

Without Moniker's tech help, my site still wouldn't be up and running. WordPress' tech help was useless and Elegant Themes kept referring me back to Moniker for help. I shouldn't have wasted my time with them and simply called Moniker from the beginning.

They are hosting a website that is displaying my personal address rather than my business address. This is inaccurate information that does not match public records, and it concerns me for my safety. When I contacted Moniker to alert them to this, they seemed unconcerned that the website has an unmanned email and phone number. However, my greatest concern is that they are hosting a website that displays false information that does not match public records, and yet they do not seem to hold the website accountable for this.

Moniker is great, inexpensive, easy to use and the one time I had an issue they responded quickly and fixed my problem, which, by the way, was my fault to begin with! You can't wrong choosing these guys for your registrar...

Great service and customer support. It's now years that I am with Moniker and they provide their service flawlessly. Just yesterday, I requested support about admin staff related to my domains and the reply came back in less than an hour, responding to each and every question I made. Highly recommended.

I haven't used Moniker for several years, but I recently came back to check out the site, and I am very impressed!

The user interface is excellent and very fast, and the way you can organize and search your domains is superb.

The number of extensions is fantastic, and prices are among the lowest for ccTLDs I have seen.

I also love the Portfolio Lock for maximum security.

If you are a domain investor, I recommend that you give Moniker a chance. It may not be the biggest registrar out there, but they provide an excellent experience for people with larger portfolios.
