Worcester boiler service carried out a year ago by Moorland Heating subsequently had a leak this year and called a different company to fix the leak who immediately identified that the Flue analyser test point cap had been left off by the service engineer (Moorland heating) causing an immediate danger.(This had subsequently been off for a whole year without my knowing). Unbelievably negligent, irresponsible and unprofessional.

My oil tank failed yesterday and, in pure panic, I rang Moorland. The admin staff were SO sympathetic and supportive and within a few hours, their wonderful engineers had drained the old tank (only installed in 2009!!) and replaced it with a good quality tank which will far outlast me (at 80 yrs old). I can't praise Moorland highly enough.

Had our shower cubicle replaced. Process from start to finish was easy. Good quality product and the job was completed in time and to an excellent standard. The staff were friendly, respectful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Terrible communication and dishonest. Believe its acceptable to tell you 2 hours after they were due that they wouldn't be coming, require chasing multiple times, and try and invoice you for double the agreed amount after digitally accepting a quote. Avoid at all costs.

Incredible value and customer service. Did some work free of charge to help us cannot recommend them highly enough.

My old boiler broke down, within two days your engineer visited, diagnosed the problems, advised me clearly my options repair or replace, and professionaly fitted a new boiler two later, well done excellent service.

The Moorland Heating did a good job of servicing our Worcester Bosch boiler. Very polite, very efficient and replaced everything as it was when he arrived. Only problem is I have to remind them every year to come and service the boiler. We didn't have to do this in the early years, [they have serviced our boiler for years], but now we have to chase them to come and service the boiler. Other than that, very happy.
