Would highly recommend company, communication very quick, efficient and informative.
Very friendly and professional.

We had such a positive experience. All our correspondence was prompt and thorough. Everything was explained well. Overall a very professional service. Thank you so much

Great, prompt and professional service.

Enquired on the website, emailed and paid for a slot for the 6th, report and survey completed by the 13th. Great communication from Lucy and very accommodating, bought forwarded the date by 3weeks. Selling / buying is already stressful enough and this process was smooth and without any hiccups. Surveyor attended on time and was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very informative and was true to their word with timescales

All the staff members that I spoke with knew their stuff, from Lucy to Julie and Aaron the Surveyor. They were all very helpful.

They were able to help book a valuation appointment within 3days of calling them and I received the report 4 days after which was fast.

I hope they continue to uphold their standards.

Very speedy and professional service. We will be using the company again!

Used this company few weeks back. No issues. Good communication through out. All in all smooth and would recommend.

Morgan Sloane came recommended from a previous neighbour and from the initial telephone call, day of the inspection, to the date the report was provided the information and communication from them was very good. Good professionalism and knowledge.

Efficient great communication achieved precisely what was required and it was carried out at a reasonable price.

I would be happy to recommend Morgan Sloane Chartered Surveyors to friends and family

Very efficient service. Prior to booking they provided robust information and give important advice around process when needing to share reports with relevant bodies. We will definitley use again.

This was our second time using Morgan Sloane, and very happy with how quick and efficient Paul was. Great customer service,

Really helpful and professional staff who responded to my questions and queries promptly, were very flexible with timings etc and produced a comprehensive and easy to understand report within 48 hours. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Absolutely great service, easy communication, ease of payment system and the Rics booking as promised prompt service.
Was promised Rics report within 2 days absolutely astonished to receive true valuation same day.
Very detailed report and felt it is accurate to the property.
Definitely recommend and definitely use again.
Thanks for all your support.

Lucy, Paul and the rest of the Morgan Sloane team were a lifeline for us during one of the worst periods of owning a property.

They helped us navigate the incredibly tricky process of paying off a Help to Buy loan with great advice and process. Not to mention being able to regularly get hold of them and advising in areas they were not directly dealing with.

They showed compassion and professionalism throughout the whole process and despite us being in a severely desperate situation they, unlike all their competitors, didn’t take advantage of the situation. Instead, they offered an incredibly good price twinned with an excellent service.

I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again to all at Morgan Sloane, you really did save us!

Paul was initially helpful over the phone and then able to do the site survey very quickly. Following on, after issuing the report Paul was willing to discuss and explain the finer details of the report with me.
In all, a good experience.
