We were referred to Mortgage Medics by a friend and had the pleasure of working with William. From the start, William was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive - even as my circumstances changed and I had to put things on hold for a while. He remained patient and adaptable throughout, always ready to offer advice and recommend mortgage options that suited my new situation. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the process much less stressful.
Andrea was also great, helping clarify documentation requirements and guiding us through the process with our lender.

Superb from start to finish
After being misled by a major high street lender we thought our dream home was slipping away from our reach until we got in contact with Mortgage Medics. We dealt with Gemma and Toby and they have been superb from start to finish. They managed to find us a suitable lender very quickly so we didn't miss out on the property we wanted. We can't recommend them highly enough, worth every penny!

Gemma at Mortage medics was simply incredible
Gemma at Mortage medics was simply incredible! We found her when a large company that had given us a mortage in principle decided to offer us 50,000 less once we proceed. Our dream house was on the line and looked like it would just be gone. Gemma was so reassuring, hard working and prompt with finding us the best offer and securing it for us so our dream house became a reality again. Gemma and Toby assured all of our documents and information was processed quickly whilst providing us with updates, rates and making the process a hell of alot easier. We felt in very safe hands and as I write this, sitting in the dream house that's now our home, we can't thank you guys enough!

Helped us Move Home
Gemma and Toby did a brilliant job helping us move home. We ported our existing mortgage and took out an additional mortgage product on top through them.
They really clearly showed us all our options and we felt really informed making our decisions.

Highly recommend
The whole first time buying and mortgage experience was very stressful and confusing, however Gemma (and Toby) from Mortgage Medics made it so much more bearable and straightforward. Not sure what we actually would have done without them!
I would highly recommend using them, they are well worth it and their experience and knowledge was invaluable for us.
Also very accommodating and flexible, and willing and able to answer all our questions and help us through every part of the journey and with any frustrations and difficulties we were experiencing.

It has been a difficult process when…
It has been a difficult process when trying to get a mortgage for a property that had some issues. However, we were really lucky to have a great mortgage consultant, Gemma Green, who worked so hard for us, completing at least seven mortgage applications until successfully getting one.
Gemma is a great professional with great communication skills and lots of knowledge in the financial field.
We also want to thank her colleague Toby Jeffcock who was very helpful as well in this difficult,long and stressful time.
