From my first contact to today cannot fault my experience. Was given an example of my potential take home, explained fees. The forms to onboard were simple to complete. No issues with getting paid and accessing pay slips. Any queries are answered in a timely fashion and in a professional way. Would recommend the services of Mortimer to anyone looking for a proficient umbrella company.

Been with Mortimer Childe since February 2020 until June 2023 and not had one complaint whatsoever. Only praises because they are a highly professional and organised team/business -keeping you informed, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and even looking out for you as a contractor before a vital event/ change occurs. Payslips/p60/docs available on their easy access online portal. Theirs is a one to one service which makes you feel like you are their only client. From Sam in client services to Jo and Trudy in Admin, they are all supportive and efficient. I highly recommend their umbrella services. You won't be disappointed.

I've had an excellent experience working with Mortimer Childe; from the initial setup period all the way through my job with them. I have setup my pension (SIPP) and managed numerous admin without any issues. I really appreciated the help and support I've had.
