Courteous removalists but processes quite inconvenient
The two movers who came were courteous and friendly, giving me lots of updates on their location. On location they were a little slower than necessary and there were issues with obtaining payment and they were hanging around waiting for the main office to confirm. The main office has probably rung me 30 to 35 times over the last week or two trying get me to book, add additional services and leave a review.

The team was outstanding
The team was outstanding, professional, polite, and incredibly efficient while still taking great care with all of our belongings. Their attention to detail and overall professionalism really stood out. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable movers.

DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING MOVEE.
They do not vet their providers, and therefore take no responsibility when their ‘trusted’ partners steal, hold your keys hostage while demanding payment, then dump your belongings on the street to be stolen, and claim that is satisfactory delivery.
If I could negative stars I would, a traumatic and diabolical experience.

Hi there, We strongly dispute the claims made in this review. As per our records, all belongings were delivered, and no items or keys were ever held by the mover. It was a great experience with the moving company, the truck was ungraded to one bigger truck before the move and it was very reasonably priced with the upgrades. The workers are very friendly and experienced, nothing was damaged or scratched, everything went smoothly! We didn’t believe we got the moving date on the date we wanted which was a public holiday . Definitely recommend!

Smooth process but follow up phone calls were TOO MUCH
The actual booking process was smooth and easy.
I took off one star for every time since Tuesday (now Thursday) that they have rung me asking for a review. One guy even tried to stay on the phone with me while I did it.
I don’t like pushy people so you guys need to cool it.
