I was looking for pet products on many different sites and found Mr Pets to be the cheapest for products and postage. Service was great and the delivery within the time stated. Good communication from them.

I got the anti-flea Indorex spray and it did exactly what it said on the tin. One can was enough for our 3 bedroom house and there's still a little left. The fleas disappeared as if by magic.. That was 3 weeks ago and so far so good.
Would definitely recommend to a friend in a heart beat!

Excellent service always reliable, only reservation is that I usually order 2 items and for some reason they come in 2 separate packages which I don't understand. Easy to re order and competitively priced

I ordered a product and as soon as completed payment I realised it was the incorrect item so I immediately tried to phone mr pets to change my order no answer so I emailed them. When they replied they told me the order could not be changed/ cancelled as it had been sent to the warehouse. It had not been posted so I was sent an item I didn't want and had to pay postage to return it even though I told them not to send it as soon as I has ordered. What a waste of time! I actually wanted another item that was a lot more expensive so don't see why this was a problem, I was told that they were sorry but nothing could do. Just seems silly to waste postage costs for both me and them sending it out. The replies were friendly and pleasant but no attempt to rectify the issue could be done. It was annoying to experiance such a can't do attitude.

As we have a large number of guinea pigs as pets we need to keep them healthy and free from any disorders. Xeno 450 hlps to control any outbreak of mite and buying from Mr Pets in the quantities we need really helps. It is cheaper than buying the product from our local vet and the discount for multiple purchases helps us to maintain their well being. We always consult our vet re treatment. Mr Pets has been helpful thus far and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would be happy to recommend to friends with pets

I was promised over a week ago that my dog's RX was shipped and it STILL has not been shipped and is nowhere to be seen. They keep promising they will ship it via courier today, tomorrow, yesterday - whatever - NO PRESCRIPTION STILL and no sign of a refund. AVOID THIS SITE - order from your vet instead... much safer bet! Nightmare customer service!!!

I always order frontline for my cat from this website as it is good value and delivery is always swift.

I ordered the product and it was delivered on time and it worked perfectly.

Mr Pets was the cheapest place to buy the cat and dog flea & worming treatments - with several cats and dogs it tends to be an expensive process but I did 3 cats, 2 medium dogs and one large dog for £65.

The frontline spot on treatments arrived in a generic cardboard box and NOT in the frontline packaging, I do expect branded goods to arrive in sealed branded packaging. However, the products inside were fine.

I would use this company again - who wouldn't?! free speedy delivery, cheapest on the market... what's not to like!

I recently placed my first order with Mr. Pets. The reason I chose them was because their price for a Felliway plug-in was ££££s less than any other supplier on the internet. I paid ... and waited... wondering if I had bought from the right place. Within a couple of days my purchase arrived, and it was perfect ! I am absolutely delighted with Mr. Pets and any time I need cat supplies on the internet, I shall use them.

Always difficult to give a review for an online shopping experience as there is little company interaction unless there is a problem. I fail to understand why an item takes over 4 days to arrive if dispatched in the UK but that is the fault of Royal Mail not Mr Pets, the product Feliway has had no effect on my cat, who is still as skittish and hyper as before I plugged it in, again no fault of Mr Pets as it is not their product. Mr Pets website is easy to navigate and well laid out, their price point is fair and I would use them again if the price was favourable versus local outlets.

Ordered flea treatment for my cats. Came quickly at a very good price. I would recommend Mr Pets.

The pricing on the website was great, however there isn't enough information regarding the need to send in a prescription and I didn't get the email requesting it til the following day. I received confirmation of dispatch from Mr Pets which implies all of the order is being sent together which it wasn't. A week later I contacted them to check where the Advocate was and received a reply telling me it would be sent next day.
