Tried Mr Pets last year and received poor service so "defected" to VetUK.co.uk and not looked back
Wish you all the best in obtaining your money as think you are right in that the website at least appears to have folded.

I placed an order on 1/6/19. On 4/6/19 I got an email to say there was a delay getting the stock and it would take a few days extra. That was the last thing I heard from them and it's now 24/6/19. Their website has been disabled under the guise of being updated. I've now opened a PayPal dispute, I advise anyone else waiting on orders to start trying to claim their money back.

I placed an order for some horse garlic on the 3rd of June I received an email on the 4th to say that they are waiting for some stock to come in I have tried to call them on numerous occasions for an update but the mailbox is full so tried email and after leaving 6 emails still no reply annoyed is not the word I hope I will get a refund

Now that Ive seen these reviews, it's happening too many times just to be an odd case of poor service. Ordered fish food two weeks ago, got an automated email advising three to five days delivery. When nothing arrived I contacted them for a tracking order and was told in they were still awaiting stock to come in. After five days of no contact from them at all I cancelled the order and did not get an acknowledgment to that either! Put the charge in dispute with Visa. More than poor service - this sounds by the number of complaints to be far more serious.

Ordered medication and then get told its out of stock. Still waiting for a refund. I've emailed them and they don't reply. I've had to open a PayPal case to force a refund. I really hope I receive this soon. I would never ever buy from this company again! Not even worth one star.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered food for my dog cos was cheaper than anywhere else only to be told that the price was wrong.. offered me 2 trays instead of 6 that I ordered. Told would get a refund any a week later still waiting for my money back!!!!

After placing my first order for Royal Canin prescription diet I became nervous when I then googled reviews of Mr Pets to find negative comments re long delivery and cancelled orders. I am pleased to report that my first order was seamless and I will be placing my next prescription diet order with Mr Pets

This is the worst experience I've had ordering from an online company in my entire life. I order 2 items from Mr Pets on April 19th expecting 3-5 day delivery; I didn't receive my items til May 1st. So that's almost two weeks wait. Their excuse was that they somehow overlooked/missed my order? Yet they took my money on the same day. The straw that broke the camels back was that when the package arrived, only one item had been sent!!!! What are the chances of two major mistakes like that happening in the same order. So now I'm out of pocket and I've totally wasted my time.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! Stay away from this useless website if you value your time and money.

Item arrived and was good but my dog bed covered in another pets hair????? I'm sure it doesn't way anywhere that the product is second hand so a bit concerning although looking at the other reviews it looks like I was lucky to receive my order and that be the only problem

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews! I have been using Mr Pets to order my cat's spot-on flea treatment for several years and have never had any issues at all, prompt delivery and product as described, plus so much cheaper than buying it at the vets!

Rotten. Ordered some medicine for my cat - was supposed to be in stock. They then informed me AFTER the due delivery date that the didn't have any and it would be another 2 weeks before I got it. So now my cat has run out of her meds.
Avoid this company.

Extremely poor and rude costumer service the people that reply back to you via email are rude I ordered something on the 20th may and it said 3_5 days it was a little over five days I still had not had the item so emailed them on the Friday before bank holiday to ask were my order was I was told that they didn't have it in stock and had order in from the seller and it Will be with them by bank holiday Monday and they can either ship it out or refund me I emailed them saying to deliver as I needed it by Thursday 31st may latest witch it didn't come it came on the 1st June Friday witch is fine upon opening it was so disappointed as on the images the picture looks bigger tho the item says large 35 liter it looks bigger I emailed them the same day telling them also stating
my wait I got a reply back the next day or asking what the problem was and what size I ordered when in my email I put that the image shown is a bit misleading to the eye and I ordered 35 liter large tub i got no reply so emailed them again today asking what's going on and what's happening with the last email I got just got a reply stating that my email didn't need no reply and I don't know what I found misleading and also what I found annyoing when I already stated 3 times such poor and unprofessional service the person that emailed her name is tianna

- Faulty products (two in a row)
- No stock for a replacement
- No contact from customer services for months
- They use a ridiculous returns label that's limited to 24 hours and won't issue another one so insist you pay to return faulty items (contrary to the Consumer Protection Act 2015)
- Customer Services are incredibly rude
- I'm having to pursue legal action to get my money back

Still waiting on a delivery I would of purchased elsewhere if it had said delivery was going to take this long.

I ordered puppy wormer but your website does not give the option to state it's for pups. But instead of asking for the information you've only requested it when I've pursued the order.

Instead they cancelled the order. Poor customer services.

I would have expected this service from a overseas based company, not one based in the UK.

I cancelled an order, but it still arrived. When I informed them of this & said I would pay for it, they let me keep it free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, so I would thoroughly recommend them.

Item ordered 27th Dec still waiting delivery now 17th Jan some excuse of shipping problem which makes me doubt their products are genuine. And are coming from China.
