Fast response time

From my phone call ending with customer service the engineering was knocking at my door 43 minutes later. I was expecting a couple of days

No one at home

James arrived to check the outside connections as no one was home today and we had no internet. I left work early and luckily he was sat in his van, i spoke to him and he came into the house to help restore my connection as i have a lifeline fitted, he was amazing and got me connected to the internet

Thank you!

Our internet cut out Friday afternoon (which as someone who works from home was a pain) however all the call staff on the Friday were friendly and helpful and they booked for someone to come out Monday morning (his name was James) he fixed the issue, explained what it was and was really helpful! Thank you!

Shambles

The sales guy I spoke to originally was good and polite. But then everything after that went rapidly downhill, appointment to connect the internet the first time was a shambles, then the second attempt I was told they need to move the connection in the street, all this despite me taking a morning off work. 3rd visit some bloke just rocked up at the door whilst my partner was in the shower, no appointment, no confirmed time, “yeh we don’t need to move it now, we’ll do the work right now”. Great, I then needed to spend 30 mins on the phone with ZEN because it wasn’t actually left in a working condition. Raised a complaint, nobody was bothered, tried to charge me £108 for a failed visit! Nothing mentioned about me taking time off work in the second visit, and them being “unable” to do the work… when they obviously could’ve done.

If you live in Hull, AVOID! just stay with KCOM service is miles better and they’re more competitive in price now they have competition. I wish I’d just stayed with them, the internet is no better just the same as it was.

After a very quick chat. Sam was able to get me Ready to switch provider. Installation and set up was very easy and everything happened when it was suppose to.

Excellent service

Very good service, from Stefan and Jimmy who routed the fibre to the house last week and Nathan who did the install today. All very polite and professional and explained clearly what would happen at the next stage. I await the arrival of the router and am sure the new service will run as smoothly as the installation.

Really good service

I recently signed up to MS3 and have been really impressed so far. The connection is fast, reliable, and a big improvement on what I had before.

Neil Bainbridge, who helped set everything up, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining my options. He made the whole process quick and easy.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend both the service and Neil.
