I hired them to apply for settlement in the UK in March 2023 and sent all my documents, didnt hear anything for 6 months, started calling them. Turns out they didnt even open my files so I stayed on a call to make sure that they open my files. Didn't hear anything till December. Bare in mind, my visa was expiring 11th December, Monday. Thursday, 7th December I start calling every two hours and they keept telling me that my case worker is busy, I tell them that I have to leave the country if they don's send my documents by Sunday. Friday I call every hour and get a hold of my case worker that finally sends my files on a Friday 7pm.

My settlement application got declined in April 2024.

I applied myself straight after, took me about 2 days work and got approved. I paid for lawyers to waste my time and nerves.

Edit: I didnt want to raise this earlier because I didnt want them to mess with my immigration status.
