Pillow like plastic and they use DHL
They use DHL, so be prepared to pay a lot more after receiving the product.
We ordered 2 pillows and a mattress topper. The topper is fine, it goes pretty flat pretty quickly, but the pillows are a real disappointment. They feel like plastic. No one in our family will accept to use them.
We found out about them from a hotel where we slept and it was good. So we purchased the exact same pillow model, but it had nothing to do. In addition, for 90EUR per pillow, I expect some kind of lux, but not from this company.
I sent an email to them, but they did not seem interested in customer service.
