Brilliant service from Scarlett and Caitlin in helping our business secure a new Ford Ranger.

Very responsive on initial contact to change vehicle. Options were provided in a timely manner. Post ordering vehicle there should have been better comms to highlight the delays. But otherwise a positive experience.

I bought van from MW Vehicle and unfortunately I was misleading by them. I asked them for the van and they confirm it's good as they did the service and delivered. They did but once it received, it was some cosmetic issues such as the wood inside and the where the keys all broke, I was advised that they will pay £100.00 towards fixing but they did not! Moreover and as they drives all the way it was more mileage and no much of fuel which lead to anti-pollution system issue 'DPF' issue I guess. As we bought it with warranty, I was advised to take it to one of their certified garages for diagnostic. Before I took it, I explain the issue to the warranty company and ai was advised to take it to Halfords, I paid £50.00 but Halfords did not realise this issue so I lost £50.00 and MW Vehicle did not help. Furthermore and per the warranty company, am not fit their terms and conditions as I do delivery for items and that is not covered so that is another mislead by MW Vehicle.

I spoke to Michael Christmas which he was trying to help and keep asking me to take it to other garage for another diagnostic but I did not as ai never get the £100.00 towards fixing the internal woods and the £50.00 for the diagnostic fees plus the warranty which not covering my type of business.

I will seek an advise from Trading Standards for the misleading and definitely won't recommend them although they been good before the purchasing.

I was put in touch with Ollie from MW Vehicle Contracts as I was looking for a new electric car to lease via the company. Ever since speaking to Ollie he has taken the time to understand my needs and wants, my budget, and the kind of car I was looking for. He has been extremely patient with my questions, easy to contact, and most importantly, knowledgeable enough to give appropriate guidance and advice where needed. I can't fault him and was very happy with the service received and the end result.

We have had an awful experience. We purchased a van in June 2024, the very first time we drove it there was a fault just have been visible by the delivery driver. We have now not had the van since September 2024. This has cost us financially and resulted in a lot of stress.
Formal complaint sent on 3rd December and no response, just multiple phone calls fobbing us off. This is still ongoing with no end in sight!
