Disappointed … lovely aesthetic for gifting but only opened a few times before gifting and to be kept for storage but the fold across top has already torn.. just quality unfortunately ans not meant to last but would have liked as a keepsake box given extra pricing.

We absolutely loved the luxury gift box our item came in! Such a gorgeous little touch and it made opening it feel extra special. My child was far more interested in getting stuck in and playing than admiring the packaging though! The perfect little gift for a special occasion and definitely one that feels like a treat from the moment it arrives!

Never received the product and I reported it to evri and my1styears and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything even though the proof of delivery showed it was delivered to an unknown address, outside. They said was that Evri weren’t responding but then also said there was going to be an investigation and evri would go back to where they left the parcel - this never happened and I was told to basically sort it myself even though I explained I asked all my neighbours and no one had seen it. I asked for store credit or a refund and it got declined. Paid money and didn’t receive any parcel

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your Personalised Big Name Sage Cord Mini Backpack and the frustration caused by not receiving your order.
We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to see the tracking showing as delivered when the parcel had not reached you, particularly after you had already checked with your neighbours.
When you contacted us regarding the delivery, we did ask via email for a Crime Reference Number so that we could formally dispute the delivery with Evri and progress the matter further. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to this request, which meant we were unable to proceed with the dispute on your behalf.
We’re sorry that this process was frustrating and that you felt unsupported. We appreciate your feedback regarding the communication and delivery investigation, and we will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.
