Easy to use good quotes

Brilliant company,if anyone needs a service or mot get in touch with them.

Asked for AC system service quotes, followed instructions, selected one then ....nothing.
Site doesn't seem to work

Great service. Very professional.l recommend it.

Cam belt and water pump quotes (2L Diesel Mondeo). Site uses past quotes from garages as a guide. Have had repeated examples of quotes going up (3 or 4) when the garage is contacted + one garage which could not do the job. The service has some value as the revised quotes can still be reasonable. One example I contacted Halfords £630, My Car Needs a stated £502 for Halfords. Called Halfords - My Car Needs revised the quote to £593 which is a bit cheaper than direct but not really competitive. The garages are a mix. Some have very good reviews from Google, some use their own or unknown review systems on their sites which look suspicious. In the end I found a garage by Google search.

Keyed in my registration and quote came back with wrong sized tyres. Knew this was a scam. Very poor !

Great service can't fault them if your looking for wheel alignment you won't be disappointed even threw in a 2 week return check up for free if any problems occur. Highly recommend

Accepted the MOT Offer with Halfords and received a phone call the next day when I agreed a time and date
for the MOT.
However I had to change my booking time due to previous event and contacted Halfords again and they satisfied my request for a later in the day slot.
Trouble free throughout.

The man came to my home, worked with a time that suited me, I went with full service and took him an hour to do all the checks needed which was great, very professional and polite, great service overall. Will definitely be going with Dorset Responce again
