I highly recommend purchasing the DNA testing kits, very beneficial for learning about your very own body type. MyDNA app has helped me with what foods work with me, and foods that work against me . The nutrition page gives me a my Personal food lists of my personal DNA foods that are recommended for me. For example I have learned that the high fat diet (keto) it works against me , that a low fat diet , high in omega 3 fats are my friend . Also I love the exercise program made ideally for my DNA body type , my body doesn’t recover fast so there is exercises that will help me without hurting my recovery time . Thank you MyDNA

A tool for self care.
MYDNA has been very informative regarding my health, and gives you the chance to change both diet and exercise. Along with continuing updates as more information about our genetic makeup is discovered. Highly recommended.

the diet i was recommended was not good…
the diet i was recommended was not good for me. Carbs were much too high. I am pre-diabetic so i am on a low carb diet as recommended by 2 of my doctors.
All of the information given on DNA was great to know.

The report was so accurate
The report was so accurate. It explained the difficulties all of my life. I have extensive knowledge of the working of the body in general, and now are working around my defective genes to sustain good health and well being which will give me a more active and pain free life in old age. The one on skin care has been great and including retinol has helped my psoriasis on my eyelid and I do not have to use the steroid creams from the doctor. I have recommended your service to my neighbour who is having it done and to many others who sadly, think the answer to good health is a pill from the doctor. Cheers Veronica.

I'm trying to follow your guidelines but not totally (eg I can't give up avocado, but have cut back a lot on potatoes, rice and bread).
A problem though is that I can't log in as it seems there is a problem with having the same email as my husband and I no longer have a password!

Life changer
Life changer. I had a feeling that the meds my daughter had been in since birth, weren't actually working for her and sure enough, my DNA showed that she over metabolises this particular medication rendering it pretty much ineffective. We then consulted with her medical team and have since switched her to a different class of meds which has been amazing.
