For Guests - We started My Getaways in 2015 with one property and a simple idea: make booking a holiday home in Sussex as easy and reliable as it should be. Ten years on, we manage over 100 properties across the county and welcomed 30,000 guests last year. We built our own booking and property management technology from scratch, which means everything from your initial search to your check-in runs on systems we designed and control. No third-party glitches, no finger-pointing when something needs sorting. Sussex is our home. We know these properties, we know these areas, and we genuinely care that you have a great stay. That is why so many of our guests come back year after year. For Owners - My Getaways has been managing holiday properties in Sussex since 2015. We now look after over 100 homes and handle around 30,000 guest stays a year, making us the largest holiday letting provider in the county. What sets us apart is our technology. We built our own property management and owner reporting platform, so you get real visibility of your bookings, income and property performance without chasing us for information. We have been through the good times and the harder ones, including Covid, and our owners stayed with us because they trusted us to look after their homes and their income. We were named Sussex Medium Business of the Year in 2024, but the measure we are most proud of is the long-term relationships we have with the people who trust us with their properties.
