We Do Advertise this on all products, which contain Halal Meat. and this is also On the website, under each product and also as a filter for sorting. So this is made quite clear overall.

Awesome food/price/convenience
The pots and 1kg chicken bags make up the bulk of my food shopping now , can't fault the taste and the convenience of after doing a 12 hour shift to have a proper meal ready in 6 minutes or so I do still miss the pizzas you used to do and hope you continue to add to the signature meals aswell loving the lamb hotpot and meatballs ones keep up the good work ....... A few work colleagues asked what I was having at work once and since then they've tried gsn and both order regularly now aswell and all I did was mention what it was so I'm either an awesome sales person or the food sells itself

Have been ordering for over a year.
Product quality declining.
Have reached out to customer service who have in tbe past been helpful when I found a blue string in their wrap.
Promised increased quality control, this was over a year ago.
Since then:
Lack of accountability for;
- inconsistent meals (order 12x of the same meal to have varying amounts of protein and carbohydrates in each).
- inconsistent batch code labelling
- wrong parts of vegetables being included in dishes which end up injuring you as they were not meant to be prepared in the same manner.
- Food sometimes arrives already defrosting despite the packaging efforts ; this is due to dpd not following delivery and handling instructions both when being dispatched and by leaving food items in direct sunlight instead of in the area specified for deliveries.
Have waited for a week for these issues to be rectified.
Im disappointed it has come to this.

Please be assured that the issues you’ve raised are being looked into. Our meals are portioned during assembly to ensure they meet nutritional targets and weights. While the visual balance of ingredients can naturally shift during the filling process, we aim for consistency across every Case.
However, it is difficult to conduct a formal investigation into specific portioning or labeling concerns without the batch codes or the additional photos we requested. These details are essential for our quality control team to trace the items to a specific production run.
Regarding delivery, as our products are perishable, we use a tracked DPD service. To ensure items are handled correctly and not left exposed to the elements, we do advise customers to select a delivery date when someone will be home to receive the package. We have also passed your feedback to DPD to ensure your safe-place instructions are better followed in the future.

Good to have in but Quality has declined
The ordering is simple and you get regular delivery updates. We love the convenience of having GSN meals in the freezer as they are quick and affordable. The quality of the food has sadly declined significantly over the last few years- we had to make a tally chart of those that are ok and those that are either a mushy texture or the flavours are poor. It’s a real shame because when we first started to get them the quality of the chicken and meal was amazing! I’d rather pay slightly more for the old quality

Great food, customer service needs work

Reached out to customer support who initially were very helpful, an promised to send out a replacement bag once they were back in stock. Unfortunately this never arrived and I've heard nothing since!
