The lead broker was very helpful, explained everything very clearly, and found me a better deal with a different insurer. He was very efficient, with attention to details, and carried out the whole process swiftly.

I had been with the same (major) Health Insurance company for 40 years. I mistakenly believed that by switching provider I would not be covered for any pre-existing conditions. I also naively assumed that my loyalty counted for something.
After speaking to Louis I discovered that I was wrong on both counts. He provided me with a product from another major provider that matched (or in parts exceeded) the benefits provided under my existing policy. The two exclusions that were applied related to recent issues and were not ones that concerned me. Impressively my premium more than halved and I only wish I had sought advice sooner.
Louis responded efficiently and effectively to the brief I gave him and achieved a good balance between patience and persistence in getting the policy in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
