Very unhappy with customer service after booking a process. An error on the website offering onboard credit and this has not been honoured. Difficult to get a response from the agent Ryan after booking and I have not been provided with a working complaints email address as of yet. Continuing to pursue this but couldn't be a worse experience to open with as a first booking.

Just booked our next cruise and Sabina was extremely helpful and patient sorting everything out for us and made the booking process so much easier. Would definitely recommend her and will be using for our next booking for sure

Both the ‘My Kind of Cruise’ App and Ryan by text and email gave us information and quotes. The direct connection to our P&O account showed everything we had booked.

Sabina has been great helping us out with a big family booking with 5 cabins with varied requests! She was really helpful throughout the booking process, when I had lots of complicated details to go through and I know she will continue to be helpful throughout. The whole booking process is something I find very daunting however Sabrina could not of made easier , effortlessly correcting my mistakes and guiding me through the whole process, do not hesitate to ask for help , you will not be disappointed
Fantastic service

Ryan our cruise travel consultant was so very helpful. He went out of his way to keep in contact throughout the booking process and nothing seemed too much to ask. It was good to have a travel consultant on the end of the phone and a text message away, especially as people who have not cruised before and who needed our hands held in the booking process. Good price, good customer service and good advice given.

I honestly can’t recommend Jon enough! He made the whole process so much easier and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to find me the best deal, explained absolutely everything so clearly and answered every single question I had. He was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout, and even while he was on a cruise himself, he still spent so much time talking everything through with me. Such amazing service and I’m so grateful for all his help!

Took my money, as expected!
What more can I say? When you book a cruise, they sell you a cruise at a price you are willing to pay for and then they take payment for it.
I'm sure almost all cruise companies will do exactly the same.
The marque of a good company is how they manage any problems. I haven't had anything that needed attention currently, so am not able to fully review.
Companies should really ask for a review once you have returned from your holiday, that would be the real test

Ryan was absolutely outstanding patient and organised, knowledgeable about the best cabin to book and went the extra mile and more with sorting various things for us.He is a real asset to the company and the reason I will book with them for my next cruise. The price we paid was excellent and the booking process was so easy.
