STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY
Let me keep short
1. I believe the positive feedbacks about the company in this site are fake
2. They don't tell that the trains moving underground generate noise, and you will not be able to sleep because of the metals and pipes moving and generate noises.
3. They are not responsive and they don't care what problems occur in the house
4. There was no or very slow internet at the start of my move in, and it was like this until I break the contract. They still think that they provide internet but its speed is 6Mpbs whereas uk average is 100Mpbs. My phone has better internet, and they don't care
5. I complaint about the thin wall, they didn't care. The walls need isolation but they don't care. Literally, I can hear the voice on the phone of the guy next to me. VOICE on the phone!!
6. The house is very close to tube station, and at night the pipes and metals of the house are moving, and they generate noise, I complaint about this. They don't care.
7. I filed a dispute in theprs.co.uk, I don't think I will get something positive
my last word, they don't care about you.

We would like to address a few points to ensure fairness and clarity. We have made considerable efforts to accommodate your various inquiries and requests. We have not previously received complaints about the walls being thin, and unfortunately, this is a structural aspect that we cannot alter. Regarding the noise from the trains, it is common in London due to the widespread railway system. You were provided with the full address and postcode prior to moving in, and a quick Google search would have shown the proximity to train stations.
Regarding the WiFi issue, we provided a 5G hub in your room to ensure fast service, in addition to the existing WiFi router. No other occupant/client have reported issues with the internet, and we believe we provided the best possible solution to your concern.
We have responded promptly to every email, phone call, and message you sent, offering various solutions, including the option to relocate to another of our properties. Unfortunately, none of these solutions were acceptable to you.
We regret that your experience with Myrooms did not meet your expectations. Please know that we made every effort to address your needs and find a satisfactory compromise.

Quick and easy way to rent in London
Using Myrooms was super easy. Mihai was super helpful, super attentive quick to respond (even with a 6 hour time zone difference). He was very professional and responded to all my questions quickly. It was a very simple and fast process to rent. I definitely would recommend using the service.

The biggest advantage of this agency is that the correspondence was via WhatsApp. It is much easier and faster compared to email. The paperwork went smoothly and quickly!
