Fast shipping and a great Christmas present!

Been using this brand for well over a year now! I won’t shop anywhere else it’s perfect.

This my second purchase of Drunken Rhubarb and I absolutely love it. I always get compliments when wearing it, and now it is my signature scent. Next purchase will be mini size for my pocket!

I have been supporting Mystiq Parfum since I discovered them a while ago. I have nothing but good things to say from the customer service, to the delivery / packaging and the scents. My personal favourite is golden hours and I always get complemented on it. But really enjoyed my experience with the discovery scent so I could find my favourite scent!

Bought a discovery set to start, I chose Apple ambrosia, Mystiq days, honey amour and Elysian Oud. Now, it’s very rare I enjoy all scents from a discovery set, but in this case I absolutely did! They’re all really unique which Is what I love about them the most. If I had to choose one favourite it would be Elysian Oud for sure. I think I got about 7-8 hours out of it on performance. The best part is I received a full refund voucher with the discovery set, so now I can use this for the Elysian Oud I wanna buy.

Great company, amazing scents

Absolutely love my Drunken Rhubarb purchase! Also received 2 freebie samples with it which were Blu muffin and Apple ambrosia! Both amazing, even though the red juice on apple ambrosia is a bit scary near white clothes lol. But all smell amazing

Very difficult customer service, absolutely no help at all and will not honour their own policies. Took ages to get in contact, tried to trick me into opening and smelling the contents of a package I wanted to return so that I wouldn’t be able to return it after!!!!!!

Edit after brand response: I have saved emails of the brand ‘encouraging’ myself to open and see how the product smells on skin, knowing full well this would make the return redundant, hence, the trickery. In addition, the website does not state in any terms (when I bought the set) about not being able to return discovery sets. Dishonesty. Further, I conceded to opening the perfumes when it became clear that this company had no intention or interest of honouring their policies, all this fuss and the product itself was bad. I was then asked by email to leave a review of the product on their website, I did so in good faith (and did not mention any customer service issues, just gave my honest review on each smell and their impact, which was a headache) and they took it down because it wasn’t to their liking! More concealing and dishonesty. Don’t ask for reviews then take them down when you don’t like them. I have photos and proof of everything, including my submitted review on the website before it got taken down. Cherry on top is they tried to flag this for deformation and that got reviewed my TrustPilot and ultimately denied. Avoid this place, there’s better ways to waste your time and money.

My perfumes smelled not what I expected through the packaging, so I immediately closed the bag and made contact for a refund as I am allowed to do through their own return policy. This was 10 days ago. I have had no response to my requests for a return via three separate methods (email, chat service and instagram.) DO NOT BUY.

Absolute dishwasher water, don't waste your time, for the money, you can get Versace cheaper and for a larger bottle!!
